Hi,*** Thanks for reaching out, however none of the links answer my problemThe account was hacked and for a week there was no response from InstagramI had received an email about a password change, and when I went to try to change it, I had no access as they changed the username, and emailThe account was*** changed***I tried to recover my account through Facebook, when instead facebook made me a new accountThe account posted hardcore porn on my accountONE POST WAS REMOVED BEFORE THE WHOLE INSTAGRAM WAS TAKEN DOWNFinally, once instagram got back to me with an access to my account, I had to remove all the posts ( which traumatized me and my followers; nonetheless let me remind you this instagram was for friends, coworkers, bosses, and church/religious leaders)Once I deleted all the posts, I went back on instagram hours later, and instagram deleted the account due to porn that was not posted by me IT WAS POSTED BY THE HACKERS WHO COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF INSTAGRAM FIRST CONTACTED ME BACK WHEN I EMAILED A WEEK PRIORPlease, all I am asking for is for my old photos to be transferred to my new account, as well as the saved memories/bookmarkThe new account is *** If more information is needed please contact me through the email providedI am tired and all I want are my photos that I have been collecting for 4+ years. the business reply, but it is also against the law to imposter someone and still their identity. The Federal Trade commission takes
child identity theft seriously! The only way to stop child identity theft is to punish the one doing it! I have purchased Life Lock for my son. I am disappointed in your lack of concern for this serious crime.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am not having issues logging in. I can log into my account fine, it says it is DEACTIVATED due to IMPERSONATION. I don't know HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE due to the fact I am not impersonating anyone by being myself. I have taken action to report this account as outlined above, however I am not satisfied with the business' response. The policy to protect minors is appalling. If my child was 13, there would be no way to protect her from being impersonated. Instagram needs to reconsider their policy on this issue.
I want a confirmation that this account is deleted.

I did not delete it, nor did I receive any notification saying it was deleted. It simply says "user does not exist".
