Facebook provided an automated message with links to the help center that I already tried timesAs I mentioned in my complaint, the problem is that my daughter's Instagram account, profile name ***, which had *** followers, was disabled by Instagram as a result of some kind of a technical mistakeThe Help Center links that Facebook provided in their response, tell me that we should follow the prompts on the screen inside the Instagram app if we want to appeal the decisionHowever, the app does not provide any such screens.
I believe that my dqaughter's account *** was disabled as a result of the hack attack (on Septemebr ** ***) and that her account needs to be manually reinstated by someone at InstagramMy problem is that there is no way to reach the customer support and all the reports that we could file online went on without any answer for a week.
Please have someone at tech support look at the issue with an account ***My daughter developed this account for study community of high school students that aspire to go to top collegesHer account never posted any questionable content, only pictures of study notes, desks and stationeryShe is devastated because years of her hard work, genuine content, and contacts to the study community that she created are all goneWe are begging for someone at Instagram to look at the situation with her account *** and to give her account back to her! Thank you for your time

I have emailed Instagram in regards to the accounts that were hacked *** ***
this is one of the accounts that was hacked and user name was changes (see attached), I just want confirmation that these accounts were deleted
