Dear Mr. [redacted],
I have preformed the steps you have mentioned and every time I remove my email address from the account this individual using my email (Instagram ID [redacted] ) re-adds it, along with his current email which is
[redacted]@hotmail.com
This step is not useful in anyway what so ever and has not solved my problem. I kindly for the last time request that you delete this individuals ID and Profile from the Instagram Database, and prevent anyone from using my email
( [redacted]@hotmail.com)
to register a new Instagram ID.
This will assure me that my email is secure and on the other hand I have contacted Microsoft and taken all the necessary steps to increase security on my email ID and content. This I will be able to ensure my email address and the data on it is safe.
If Instagram does not comply with my request I will be forced to seek Legal Action against the Instagram Co. Thank you very much for your kind cooperation and I await your confirmation of execution for my request.

We aren't able to block people permanently from attempting to add or sign up with a specific email address, but only the person with access to the email account can confirm the new account or email change.
To prevent others from trying to use your email address, you can sign up for your own account with this email or add it to an existing account. Learn how to add an email address to your account:

With all due respect, the information you provided in your response is ablsolutely wrong. I just personally went through all the emails that my daughter received from Instagram ever since she created her study account. She had one copyright complaint in November [redacted] (from [redacted]) - another high school student, and that complaint was immediately resolved by removing the content from her page. Second complaint was received in March [redacted] from [redacted]. Same thing there - she immediately removed the picture because it was a misunderstansitng between her and the account owner [redacted] (yet another high school student). [redacted] never again posted any pictures from either of those accounts. By the way, in both of those instances, she gave proper credits to the picture owners and tagged them in her posts.
You can hardly claim that those two quickly-resolved posts can amount to a "repeated anf numerous" copyright violations. She was a kid who in the beginning of her Istagram journey made couple of mistakes based on a misunderstanding (she thought that those two other students were OK with her reposting their pics). NO OTHER COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS WERE EVER RECEIVED BY HER. 
I find it quite strange why would Instagram team suddenly disable her account because of a copyright violation that she did bacl in March of [redacted] I PERSONALLY WENT THROUGH EVERY EMAIL that she ever received from Instagram, and those two complaints were the only ones. 
Consequently, I find it that your statement that my daughter was a "repeatedly violating terms of use" is defamatory and plain unfair. 
All I ask for - ia a fair review of the reasons why her account was disabled. I do not believe that it is fair to punish her in such a manner for two mistakes that she did a very long time ago. She worked very hard on her own content and those two copyright complaints were simple misunderstandings between her and two other high school students. 
I demand proof of her "continuous violations" and copies of such "notifications" from Instagram, which (aside from those two) she never received. I am an attorney and I believe that everyone deserves at least a chance for justice and fair treatment. I do not think that disabling her account for two old infringements that were immediately remedied is a fair treatment that she (or anyone) deserves.
I would like to appeal to your sence of justice and to give [redacted] a chance to reinstate her account because she never commited repeated violations that you state in your response. I would like to hope that her name can be cleared without me having to go to court on her behalf in order to demand exact explanation of which repeated violations she commited.

I have looked at the Help links resources provided by the business long ago. In fact, this is the first thing I did. I looked again just now. The help link on this subject states that I might have mi-styped my email address. This is not the case because I receive marketing emails from Instagram in my registered with Instagram email which is [email protected]. The Help link also states that the email with the security code may have gone into "Spam" folder. I check "Spam" folder few times a day - this email has never arrived in regular folder or "Spam" folder.
No matter what I do, I do not receive an email with the security code and am not able to get into my account.Sincerely,[redacted]

Your customer service has been an absolute travesty. You have not resolved my issue and you have repetitively  asked questions that I already answered. Not to mention, it takes you an unreasonably long time to respond. There is absolutely no means of contacting an actual person at Instagram, that is why I have chosen to submit a complaint through Revdex.com. You deleted my Instagram account for unknown reasons, and I deserve an explanation as well as my account reinstated. I did not violate any terms of use, there was no reason for my account to have been deleted. This is completely unacceptable. Please reinstate my account, which you wrongly deleted.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is the same message Facebook/Instagram sent to me last time. This is unacceptable? The URL's provided are non existent. And I would just like to request that my account[redacted] needs to be taken down because I do not have access. Nor does the email I used to create the account exists. Therefore, due to a heightened privacy concern and under my privacy risk caring for mentally ill patients. I demand that this page be permanently purged and taken down.
