This is regarding a complaint against Instagram.  My wife's account was hacked, they deleted the...

posts, and now the account has been completely removed.  Instagram asked for a direct link; I am not sure what link they want since the account is gone now. It was [redacted]  , but now it is removed.
 
My wife ([redacted])  had her Instagram account ([redacted]) which was under her email ([redacted]) hacked on Aug 5th, and then it was changed to ([redacted]), with a name of [redacted] They deleted all of our post, which was 1000+ videos and pictures, some of which we do not have saved anywhere else.

This is the exact same automatic response I have been getting forever. The fact of the matter is I kept all of the rules. My business is a legitimate business. I sent an EIN number I sent pictures of pictures that was on my Instagram. I also read on your page where it stated that if you were found to not be following the rules that you could appeal and you guys have yet to give me that option. Not to mention I haven't been told what I've done to go against your rules and policies. If you're not going to give people that option then don't offer that option. Not only that I did absolutely nothing wrong but promote my Real business. I've seen naked pics and videos and these pages are still on there. How is that possible if I have a legit business through Younique makeup. The funny thing is I don't even need an EIN number for the makeup that I was selling. I sent pics of my previous advertising on Instagram because I was revamping my page for the holidays and we started selling new products and clearing out old product. Honestly I'm tired of going back and forth and honestly. I should have been gotten my page back by now seeing as how it only took the famous girl on her reality tv show a trip to your office. I feel discriminated against. Trust me that is not a good feeling. I don't want to escalate this situation but I most definitely will if I have to.

Thank you for getting back to me in regards to this matter. I accept your response because you are looking into stopping the person that is selling accounts and then taking them back.
My daughter told me that her Handle name is abelscult. I've told my daughter to never trust something like this again. I had mixed feelings about it from the beginning, but she had to learn the lesson herself.
However, this person needs to learn that ripping off people is not something they should be able to get away with. I think it is disgusting.

As previously specified, the system is not giving me access to the account despite the fact I input the security code correctly. I provided documentation, reported the account along with several other people. You have not taken any action to resolve this complaint. You are not making me happy, I am only getting more frustrated as you continue to allow these hackers to hold my account hostage. Thank you very much for your time and consideration on this matter. I would like to keep this complaint open in the Revdex.com system until our issue with the disabled account is fully resolved. I prefer not to close this complaint as this would reflect that it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to wholeheartedly ask for a speedy resolution of this matter because my daughter (who is a senior in high school) was planning to use this Instagram account [redacted] as an important showcase item of her marketing skills on her early college applications and she is completely devastated that now that the time to apply for colleges is fast approaching, all her work on Instagram social media marketing has disappeared. Sincerely,[redacted]
