information ordered by its customers. The information provided is gathered from selected public records and other publicly available informationThe data is compiled into a comprehensive database record that Intelius maintains with active updates from its sources. According to our records, Mr*** purchased a Background Report on April 11, in the amount of $At the time Mr*** purchased his report, he also ordered an additional Federal and Nationwide Criminal Report in the amount of $According to a review of Mr***’s report, his report stated that the subject of his search did not have any marriage or divorce records and that no criminal records were located on the individual specified in the report. Intelius’s policy is to use all applicable means to deliver the information services to its customers. The information we provide is gathered from selected public records and other sources. The data is compiled into a comprehensive public record search that Intelius maintains with active
updates from its sources. Due to the nature of public records, Intelius cannot warrant the information provided is current, complete, or accuratePer our Terms of Service, which Mr*** agreed to when he completed his purchase, Intelius has a no refund policy, however we want Mr*** to be fully satisfied with their purchase from Intelius. Since he was not completely satisfied with the People Search Report and the Phone and Address Check, we have processed a refund totaling $to his account on August 9, 2017. Intelius keeps all customers billing information secured and encrypted. The billing information is unable to be seen in the system, it is truncated for security. Unfortunately, the billing information is unable to be removed Mr***’s account has been disabled. This means
