Rockstar Games has now permanently banned me from GTA Online without a legitimate reason, and with no hope of appeal:***Fortunately I was banned while live streaming to *** to provide proof that I am being banned without legitimate reasonUnfortunately my ISP decided to do maintenance in the middle of the stream, and so I was disconnected from Twitch twice while streamingThe interruptions were short, but they did split the video into parts.In these videos I use a tool called "MultiHasher" to get SHA-hashes of all of the files in the Grand Theft Auto V folder to verify that they have not been tampered with, I used Process Explorer to show all running processes on the system so that it could be verified that no known cheat programs were running, I saved all of the data in files that are linked to in the video descriptions, and live on the stream I uploaded those files to VirusTotal to show the MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, etchashes of the files to provide proof that I did not tamper with themThose videos can be found at the following links:***

***The YouTube channel is as follows, in case the videos don't go online as expected and need to be exported again:***I do not accept Rockstar Games' claim that I am cheating, as I have never used any mods or cheats in GTA OnlineI maintain that they are banning me for having purchased a Megaladon Shark Cash Card from Steam, and they are simply refusing to review my case or admit that there is a flaw in their systemI will not be satisfied until I get a refund for all of the money that I have paid for GTA Online, for myself and for my friends (as shown in the last few minutes of the third video).

The Revdex.com contacted me to let me know the complaint has been received and forwarded to the businessI would also like to add that the account I have with them in the video game in online mode, my character is now missing $12,000,in game money that I have paid forSo not only did they lock my account but they also stole moneyI don't believe this is how paying customers should be treatedI also noticed how they took their time to unlock my account as they just waited for the day ban to run out and then notified me on the ticket I submitted (REQUEST #***) saying it has been lifted after a day banThey also have not told me how this has happened other than its an automatic trackerSo basically it has a potential of creating a back door to my computer which is unacceptable for security reasons

I later found it was not the softwareIt was a huge knick in the disc that caused it to keep spinningI thought it was dowloading and it got over heated and friedAnd software can fry your systemPeople hack people's computers and attach viruses that cause hardware failure and that is software so shut the fk up if you don't know what you are talking aboutYour disc had a psychical issueYou can replace my Xbox or face a lawsuit for more than the Xbox is worth
