The company still fails to state the specific reason for the suspension, other than the general list of possible reasons, and has not returned my in-game progress or money spent on the gameIn lieu of an exact reason for the suspension given by the company, I stand by the belief that it was another unrelated program running on my computer (possibly Discord, a widely used voice chat program), which does not violate any terms of service, that triggered the unjustified suspension

Like I have mentioned, the ban occurs 1-days after I purchased the game and I have never played this PC game online before, in what terms did I violated the rules? I have watched videos on ***, that some players in this game were allow to use their cheat to ban people in public and I believe I was one of these victims(there were a lot of people with the same case as mine and I believe they didn't take a step to file a complaint here because they gave up after they gave this company's horrible customer service a try via the phone)How does this company protect customer with this kind of issue without losing their money as a first-time buyer/playerAdditionally, in what evidence that I have violated the rules, I was playing normally as a regular player inside the game along with my other friends online and they were not ban and we were doing the same routine as a player wouldThis game has cost me dollars yet I have only played this game for 1-days before I got ban for "Unknown reason" that means I am not aware of what I did wrong or what is the cause of this suspensionAll this company is telling me is that I Violated the rules but how!? Last but not least, Even if I get unban after the wait time (which is 30days) , how would I know this would not happens again? I am 100% clean in my background and I have never violated any rules, this company doesn't even bother to look thru clients steam account (which is their platform to get their game launch and advertised) that I have never gotten reported as a cheater on any games that I have playedWhat guarantees are there to protect clients like me in the future? This company does not give back full refund regardless what the issue is, they believe that they are always right because they are big and never will get into troubles even for complaints like mine, I am extremely disappointed with this company's response, it is the same answer I have gotten by their customer service over the phone and get hang up by them and made me felt like they do not want to spend their time to resolve my issue

Rockstar will not answer the simple question here and are beating around the bushDID THE CUSTOMER RECEIVE THE ITEM OR NOT???It is an elementary question that they cannot answer because guess what!? The customer does not have an online account! With that being said, how could he receive the item? Why will Rockstar not provide a refund for an item that a customer did not receive? Rockstar, IN NO WAY, state that the shark cards cannot be used in the offline mode of the game which is what the customer purchased them forNow the customer would kindly like his money back simply based on principle and Rockstar's evasivenessObviously, this should be settled in the customer favor

This matter is being properly handled via our Customer Support system. We have not been able to verify all of the customer's claimed item and in-game currency loss. The customer was granted a one-time accommodation and gifted in-game funds for the verified losses, but we cannot replace
any items or in-game funds that cannot be verified. This case should be closed and resolved in favor of the company

I have continued to jump through hoops in the hopes of finding a solution to this problemThey have given me the same solutions a few times as well as a few new ones that only seem to be there to waste my timeI have never had such an issue with downloading any game before through any other service EXCEPT Rockstar Social Club and I'm through trying at this pointI have done far more than I should have to just to be able to download a gameI've played and loved past GTA games but I can't love a game that I'm unable to even play

This customer contacted our Support team about illegitimate in-game currency on his account being removed and was informed that the currency would not be returned. We double-checked the account and verified that the detection was correct and his in-game funds were illegitimate
