I have invested dozens of additional hours on forums, researching how this could have happened, and I have read every word of their TOS and EULA multiple times I am confident of zero wrong doing on my part The time invested is by far the most valuable to me, and I feel robbed of over hours of creative exploration Yes, at the end of this day suspension I could choose to continue to participate in this online game again, however since no explanation has been given, I have no assurance this will not happen again In addition, all progress has been completely wiped so I would be forced to complete hours of identical content to get back to where I was The automated suspension process is supposed to PROTECT users like me from hackers, cheaters, and "griefers" I am an honest player that has not cheated or interfered with others gaming experience in any way I am also a long-time customer that has been paying full retail price for this company's creations for over yearsPerhaps the policy at Rockstar is to never admit that mistakes occur with their suspension triggers because it could lead to more disputes I can accept that, but the fact remains in this particular case I am a victim, falsely accused of cheating, which is insulting and emotionally distressing In addition, the customer service mechanisms one expects to be in place are absent at Rockstar Prior to contacting Revdex.com all of my previous attempts to contact Rockstar customer service were handled by a 3rd party company with no access to log files or records of any kind Both digital responses I received were "cut and pasted" generic responses without a single word from an actual customer representative In addition phone calls either did not get through due to "high call volume", or immediately resulted in a rude hang-up As a wronged consumer I feel my last/best recourse is to file this complaint with Revdex.com to try to get some justice or resolutionI accept perhaps my account was somehow sabotaged or hacked into? Or perhaps a corrupted file on my PC triggered this? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [I have followed EVERY suggestion made multiple times and reported the results back to the company The company insists on making the EXACT SAME SERIES of suggestions regardless of my responseIt took two weeks but I was able to locate two of my daughter's friend's who also had PlayStation 3s, one was a Psslim and the other three same one I haveBoth disks played on the slim but neither played on the one that is like mineThis has been reported back to the company via email multiple times and they them return to the first suggestion they made of ensuring that my Pshas all necessary updates, that the disks are clean and free of damage, that I have downloaded and installed any available patches, that I create a "temporary profile" and try playing using the new profileI have done each and every one of these suggestions dozens of times with the exact same result and reported it back to the companyThey have been cycling through these exact same suggestions repeatedly for over a month and have added nothing new to actually resolve the issueI don't feel they even read my response they just robo reply and claim I'm not cooperating when inreality they're just waiting for me to give upThey have no intention of determining why this game whether on a disk or a download refuses to play in certain game systems (Psfat) while playing fine on others PsslimsAnd that they game crashed after it was downloaded from the PlayStation store should be a clue that the problem is the game NOT the thousands of consoles it keeps crashing.] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This is a support issue and is being handled via support channels. We have informed the customer that our records show all in-game funds purchased were successfully deposited on the dates of purchase. We have requested the customer's transaction history multiple times but the customer has yet to provide it. This complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our final comment on this matter.
