I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me; however, the refund that they say was posted to my account on 3/16/in the amount of $was not posted to my account. I have given that a week and the account has no record of it. I will not accept this action until I receive the refund. Do you have advice as to how I can track that other than contacting my bank - which I have done? They did not provide me with an account number as to what account they put the refund in. The attachment they sent to me was very vague and other than an amount and a date it showed nothing - not even their business name or my account ending numbers, which would have been appropriate under the circumstances.
Please review this and advise me. Thank you
