I am rejecting this response because:The manner in which I had to go about getting the tracking info The rude manner in which I was treated by their customer service agentsThe way this whole
transaction was handled I was originally told the item "shipped" on the 30th of December When I finally did receive tracking information...after contacting their customer service reps on two occasions....it was two days before the tracking number worked So yes, though I've received the item...FINALLY....I am still displeased with this company's manner of customer service, relaying tracking information and timeliness in filling orders

Emailed customer that order has shipped and estimated to deliver on 12/ Also gave customer the choice of returning, at our cost, or keeping the product with a 20% discount Awaiting customer answer

I am rejecting this response because: that is what they told me more than onceIf I don't recieve
it in a few days then they didn't send it righ? I should wait and see if I get it in the mail from themthat is what they told all the time when I called themIf you were me you would wait and see if you get it right? write me back and tell me what you think I should do if I don't get it in a few days?

Refund for $has been processed today We cannot refund return postage, or costs beyond the original cost of goods, plus original Processing and Handling

I am rejecting this response because:
I only had one order that was placed with this company and tried several times to cancel that order without secedingI even asked to speck to a supervisorseveral times and was told I would have to call back, after the time I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on, This was on 3/at 11:and again on 4/8 and was treated rudely by their order desk at no time did I place a second order with that companyand finelyI received a call from a Ms *** and was told she would take care of itwhich she did not I feel this company does not want to accept the item back and tries to force the buyer to keep the itemThe first item was canceled on the same day it was ordered because they kept adding things to the order that was originally $added up to $61.93 and this was done on the internet so I stopped the order and called them to cancel.Hope this explains the problem I had with this company
