Hello,       Mr. [redacted] had 2 orders with us, we cancelled the 1st order per his request we then received a 2nd order for him that had shipped. He stated he would refuse the package and it would be sent back for a refund. We had not received a package back when he called...

requesting a pre-paid label for return shipment on 4/8/16. we can not issue a refund until we receive the package back in our warehouse please see attached for Mr. [redacted] return label. Once we receive the package we will issue his refund. Please consider this case closed.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't have any property to return I never got anything in the mail and I think they're just trying to steal my money. If my refund is not processed today and it's not in my account by tomorrow I will seek legal action.. I was told it was returned to sender because of in valid address when I called I have requested a refund for the orders for months now. I started the dispute because I could never get a response from the company and after four months they finally give me a refund on one..  But  because I had already Filed a dispute with the bank  for both transactions and I got refunded for one the bank took their money back causing my account overdraft so this company has really messed my bank account up.. And for that reason I think The company should have to pay an overdraft penalty or at least the interest for holding my money this long..  I hope I never deal with anybody as stupid as this company is...  I will never buy anything off TV ever again oh my [redacted]nly kind of person now..

We emailed customer with screen shot showing that her credit card was declined, and have cancelled her order.  If she would still like to receive the product, she will have to resubmit a new order.

Emailed customer with a return label, and that we will refund his account after we receive the [redacted].  Our ads are clear that an SD card is not included with the [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: the order arrived at least 16 days late in very poor shape. The package was open on the bottom and not packaged very well. Most of the packaging tape had pealed off. It was delivered by the postal service and I wrote on the box that I refused delivery and return to sender. The postal carrier took it back with no problem. My bank([redacted]) had already issued a credit to my acct. and they only do that if the delivery is at least 15 days late.

Today I finally received the missing parts I was promised many weeks ago. No doubt your intervention finally prompted the company to respond to the many inquiries that were ignored before, so I appreciate the service you provide. The matter is now closed as far as I'm concerned. Thanks!

They lied. I have...

not received any refund. My bank gave me a temp credit while they investigate. This company tells you they get have me a refund and they send me messages saying my item shipped. I  received nothing. No item and no refund. There are a lot of complaints on the internet about this company ripping off many people. They send me fictitious tracking numbers that don't work.
