I am rejecting this response because: The amount I was paid $33.97 for nothing. Also I was paid the return merchart,  is not fair. But remenber Inventel the customers make the business. I will never do business with you company.

received NO email from them on this matter, but that doesn't surprise me with this company. Please do NOT close this file yet, as I doubt they have credited my account. I will let you know when they have, if they do.

We emailed customer with DHL tracking info, as order is scheduled to deliver on, or about December 18.

This company has finally issued due credit...Thank you for your cooperation, but still feel they should receive a demerit toward their business dealings.

To date, we still have not received customer's refused order.  Once it delivers to our facility, we will process a refund.

Order cancelled Jan 14.  We have never charged customer's credit card. If customer has documentation that shows we charged his card; e.g. bank statement, he needs to mail it to us for further investigation.

Hi,Kindly note that your card was not charged by our system as per your request the order was cancelled attached is the screen shot showing "NO PAY DATE" which means card was not charged by system. Thank You & Regards

Document attached - order shown as delivered on 11/9/15.  We can only refund if customer returns product.  If customer finds that he did not receive the product, he must make a claim with his local USPS office.
