any information that shows the Airman was purchased directly from us as that is the only way we can provide a refund. If the product was purchased at a retail store he must return it there for a refund as that was the point of purchase. However, I have copies of the confirmation email they sent me saying the order was complete.  I have checked my credit card account and was unable to confirm any payment was made and the account was hacked resulting in the card being replaced with a new one.  I think people should be warned that online orders are not actually completed if an email confirmation, such as the one I had.

Customer spoke with our customer service dept on Jan 4, and a refund was issued to her credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the tracking info is not valid as was the other one that was given and the merchandise was not delivered on the 19th. It was delivered on the 23rd. This business should be held liable for printing false labels and saying they delivered when they didnt. They only took action after I called my bank where they took the most eyes from. But yes, I have the merchandise finally.
