Our system shows that [redacted] has a [redacted] order in the amount of $46.94.  The credit card was declined, and we DID NOT process the Mastercard for payment.  If customer insists we did charge the card, then she needs to send us documentation showing the charges.

Tele & emailed customer:  as order shipped late, for delivery 12/11, we will offer 20% discount on product if he decides to keep it.  If not, we will email a return label so that he may return for a full refung.

Emailed customer with track info showing order as delivered, and screen shot of order charges showing $21.98, and not $43.96.  If customer has documantation showing charges of $43.96 they were instructed to mail, via [redacted], and we will review and expedite any necessary action.

Emailed customer with carrier track info, as order was delivered on 12/23.  She has the option to return the order for a product refund.

Emailed customer with track info as merchandise was delivered on 12/18.  If he does not want the merchandise, he may return it as his discretion, and we will refund his account for all merchandise received.

I am rejecting this response because:I have been told for the last 4 weeks my refund was processed I just checked once again it is still not refunded. I ordered this item Dec. 31st and I have been dealing with this non ligament company since the middle of January over this. I have spoken with my bank twice now. All I want is my refund and they can go to [redacted]. I also think there should be a red flag on this company for other customers to know about them before they put themselves through this term oil.

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE BEEN TOLD TWICE BY THE CO. THAT THE PRODUCT HAD BEEN SHIPPED. TODAY IS 04/05/16. THEIR PROJECTED DELIVERY DATE IS TOMORROW, I'LL GIVE THEM A FEW MORE DAYS JUST TO BE FAIR.
