when the package came, I rejected it because I already filed a claim with [redacted] plus the box...

the package came in was damaged and was open. Bank of America will only accept claims after 15 days of the scheduled latest arrival of the package.

Customer's order was delivered on December 12.  Track info: Delivery by USPS [redacted]

Emailed customer with Fedex tracking info, as order is scheduled to deliver on 12/10/15.

to us that also means Mr. [redacted] was never charged for the additional order only the order he received. Please have Mr. [redacted] provide financial documents to prove that we have charged him for merchandise not received. If the documents cannot be furnished please consider this case closed.

issues with InventTel mainly because they don't fulfill the promises they have made to me on our past conversations. so I have no reason to believe that they are going to it now. I have attached some screen shots about our conversations. I have the package ready for shipment waiting for a full refund.
