I should have another $10.00 refund because there was three separate orders. I have only received two refunds.

I am rejecting this response because: Inventel can send me a prepaid box or padded envelop to send the mis-shipped TV antenna back to Inventel at their expense.  Richard Martin did NOT order a Dash Cam twice.  Maybe Inventel customer service entered an order twice.  I have already approved 1 (one) American Express charge for one product, so I do not want any money back.

Hello,        The customer has returned 1 of the 2 orders we have refunded him for the returned order we will gladly refund him for the additional order if he wishes to return it. We cannot pay for charges not charged by us. If he is looking for an over draft fee to be refunded...

Emailed customer that we do not send our "prepaid" envelopes/boxes.  We can only send a prepaid return label.

At this time, I have received the refund of the amount in question, however I would like to consider this matter not closed until the product that was paid for is delivered, if this is possible.

The order for Mr. [redacted] for 1 Dash Cam and a rechargeable battery was shipped. Pleasew find the enclosed screenshot with the tracking# (DHL).
If Mr. [redacted] does not require the DashCam, he can certainly contact us and send the unit back for a refund.
