Dear [redacted]About the case of [redacted]    ordered our product on  10/19/15       .When placing their order all information was verified to match the
card holder. On 11/16/2015     their
order was processed...

for shipment. It shipped out on  11/16/2015    to the entered address. When the charge
posted to their account on 11/16/2015no contact was made to our company. The order was delivered on
11/25/2015   via DHL  . To date no
merchandise has been returned for exchange or refund.

I have received and read the response from the business.  Yes I would like to accept their offer of a pre-paid shipping label to return the item.  It was delivered today 2/22/16.  According to the [redacted] website for tracking number [redacted] the shipment was sent on 2/11/16.  I do not want the item since I have already installed a camera locally.  The box will remain unopened and as soon as they provide the return label I will place it on the box and send it back to them.

I tried to contact the company by live chat and also by toll free number and got no response so I filed this complaint. After the fact I found another number in which I was able to speak with someone directly. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:the email stated on this day a full refund was sent to my account, until it shows up on my account I will reject any anything they have to say. They lied to me too many times to beleive anything they have to say.
