On April 12, 2016,I brought a dress by mistake from Ioffer.com As soon as I placed the order I asked the seller to cancel the orderThe seller as of yet (May 10,2016) has never responded to meI provided the seller with more than enough time to cancel the orderThe seller never canceled my order, and went ahead and charged my card, and shipped the itemI have continuously tried to contact the seller but they refuse to respondThe sellers name is [redacted] and the order number is [redacted]

I am trying to close my ioffer account and it gives me an error message

I purchased a purse and it was beoynd poor qualityI contacted the seller as soon as I recieved it which was June 3, 2016, and they still have not responded

I only ordered from ioffer once and did receive productThe DVD itself was fine,new not scratchedThe quality of content on DVD was very poorSome sound problems alsoIt looked like seller copied from You TubeThe DVD I ordered was for a rare Life with ***I did not know this was an individual seller and thought they finally released itI 'm not even sure if it was legal for them to sell this as it has not been released yet

DON’T DO IT! Fraud website, will take your money and you’ll never get your productTo top it off they have no customer service, just a FAQ sections so your out of luckYou’ll have to call your bank to get your money back

I have spent hundreds of dollars recently using this website and have not gotten any assistance from IOffer regarding holding these merchants accountable! I understand you try to put in the clause that states buyer discretion however the sellers are required to provide adequate information in order to get an account and be able to get my fundsI have one merchant that wont respond, another who still owes money back or merchandise and another who never responded! I have filed a dispute, I have tried every avenue provided by IOffer to get nowhere with no assistance

This was my first time using iOffer and I don't frequently make online purchases, but when I do it's usually directly from the company or with [redacted] This time, I was looking for a rather specific item that I couldn't find on [redacted] , [redacted]  or any other site I checked iOffer was the only place that had exactly what I was looking for, and they sent me e-mails the entire time keeping me up to date with the deliveryI received my complete order in less than two weeks and it works well However, the packaging was somewhat odd - it was adequate to keep the product well protected, but it was super cheap - rubber bands, tissue paper, and labels with a permanent marker sort of cheap Yes, that maybe what helped to keep the cost down, but it made me question whether or not I had just purchased pirated material - I certainly hope notI've heard it's important to validate that your seller's legit to avoid getting ripped off I'm giving my iOffer experience a positive remark because I did receive what I paid for, it works well, and they faithfully sent short but accurate e-mails detailing the duration of the shipping process This is a site I would use in 'last resort' situationsI would recommend iOffer if you've exhausted all other resources and ONLY for your own personal use - NOT if you're buying a gift for a friend

I ordered two items online from Ioffe***The first was a watch, which I never heard anything from the seller regarding my purchase, shipment, and did not receive a tracking number or the watchThe second item I ordered was a jacket in which the seller sent me a fake tracking number, never actually shipped the item, and a few days later deleted herself from the website all togetherThe website claims to have reviews listed to see if the seller is trusted however this seller had over 16,fake reviews and diminished to over nightDefinitely a scam website

This is a scamIt is not the website's fault per se, but every person has the same problemOrder something, fake tracking number, never deliversThey string you alongThey all have these great fake reviews, and I don't understandShame on me for thinking something too good to be true will come to me, but I have the right to trust an established websiteThis person baited me along for two months and no deliveryThe china post number [redacted]  is fake, its been in the airline for almost daysI ordered this in February, here were are mid April

Seller did not ship my item gave me fake tracking number and stop responding to my messages

Ioffer has zero customer serviceThere is no way to get any kind of feedback regarding questions or issues that come upThe website only has whatever it lists as frequently asked questions, and beyond that, there is nothingAs a member, they used to have a rating system, and I had a rating based on sales and purchasesA couple of years ago, the ratings disappeared, and there is no explanationIoffer is very disorganized, and sometimes it seems like it has been completely abandonedThere is no way to tell if it is still active or not

This is a terrible site this is the second time I ordered they took my money I never heard from them I keep sending messages they don’t reply I never receive my items and don’t get my money back ioffer is fraud

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] I have sent this company many emails in the first month of my order I did'nt just start this complaint I started emailing this company months ago they never returned my email...They are lying this is a bogus company...I just want my two purses how can you refund or exchange something you never recieved.....Send my two purses to me and I will drop this with the Revdex.com
