As I explained to the representative, I do renew at my home club & only at my home clubThis issue is I'm constantly hounded for days prior to my renewal date by commissioned personel who are relentlessI'm on a budget & can only renew within the week of my due date. The bottom line is, after speaking with this person, their practices & procedures aren't going to changeShe volunteered to remove my phone number from their data bank so hopefully I won't receive any more calls, which I appreciate if it worksI'll have to wait until next January to find out.My suggestion to others who are expierencing the same, is to file a complaint because this does get LA Fitness attentionPerhaps if they receive enough complaints about this issue, they'll reconsider the value of their customers' satisfaction & loyalty versus their bullying sales practices
