If they read the complaint, they'd know that I am currently deployed overseas with the Army National Guard and would likely not be answering my home phone directly. They cancelled my membership, but the cancellation needs to be effective the date I deployed. That date was 6/13/2014. I also directly notified them they were no longer authorized to debit my checking account at that time. This request was ignored multiple times. The business owes me all the dues they illegally debited from my account while I've been deployed overseas. Anything less is unacceptable
