I said all the problems stated in my complaint and they refuse to see that I didn't need the software they gave meI called the number they gave me on my voicemail and they explained that I needed the software to clean up my computer once a month and the technical support to help me do that, and I still don't have the warranty that I paid forSince I got a new computer they decided to transfer all that "support" onto my new one instead of a refundI told them no, but they insisted

I was told funds would be received in my card account in 5-business days, I called back twice since then as funds weren't receivedFirst time they assured me that funds would be in my account on Sept **, the second call on Sept *** I was then told it was a third party refund and it would take 3-more business days Now days later I'm being told to wait additional 3-business days There has been ample time for refund to have been received, at the time I purchased their service the funds were immediately taken out of my account This just keeps going with the waiting and I want my refund as promised

tech was able to help her with the same and resolved the problemThe tech then suggested the customer to purchase the Windows OS after checking her computer hardware and finding it fully compatible with the softwareThe customer was told about the features of Windows and she readily agreed to buy it from usThe customer herself provided the mailing address in order for the product to be shipped to her placeShe authorized and agreed to the terms and conditions of the payment after she entered her *** credit card details on a secure websitePlease make note that we were not to know about any of her personal details ( Mailing address and Credit card no etc) had she not provided us with the sameSo the customer's claim of not knowing about the purchase and an unauthorized payment is completely and unjustified.The customer called us back after a few days and wanted to return the product she purchasedWe have gone ahead and respected her decision of cancellation and have informed her about the return procedureAn email regarding the same has already been sent to herWe will be refunding the amount ($169.99) as soon as we receive the product at our warehouse.ThanksRegards***iYogi

The e-mails that they claim were sent to me I never received, If I did receive them they might have went straight to my spam or junk folder and I never open those folders I just delete the e-mails. ***

We want to set the record staright here that iYogi does not deal in any fraudulent or unethical ways of doing businessWe can only access a customer's computer once we get his/her authorization to do itSecondly we would like to inform you that this software isn't malicious in ay shape or formIt wasn't installed on the customer's computer permanently however it's used to temporarily set up on the computer in order for us to gain the remote control of the computer whilst we are fixing itThis also proves the point that we can't access the computer without walking the customer through the steps in order to set up this temp application to gain accessIt's just a temporary software which the customer the can very easily uninstall from the control panel of the computer without needing any assistance from anyone around
The customer can go to control panel icon and open the list of installed softwares on his computer listed in the alphabetical orderAnything which says iYogi or support dock or just SD can be selected and unistalledRestart the computer afterwards and he should be good to go

started the investigation processWe will get the call audited and thoroughly check as to what happenedWe will action as per the findings.As far as *** ***'s worries about the tech accessing her computer , we would like to inform her that it's completely safe and within our guidelinesThe tech accesses the computer remotely in order to diagnose the problem betterThe tech does not install any malicious program on the computerBefore the tech accesses the computer , the customer is being sent a Terms and Conditions linkIf she agrees to them only then the tech has the access to the computerAdditionally the customer has the option to disconnect the remote session if she gets suspicious about anything.Just to conclude, we would like to assure the customer that no harm was done to her computer with the tech accessing itNo malicious activity was performed on itAll her active programs and applications should be working in the same way as they were before.We thank the Revdex.com for keeping us informed on real customer issues. they did not try to contact me because im at my phone percent of the time and did not hear from them until I wrote to the Revdex.comat that time they only offerd a partial refund and did not specify how muchthe couple times I did use them my problem was not resolved (VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND)last time I tried to call (two days) I got no answer
I asked for someone who spoke better english but they would not accomodate mebottom line is its very hard to do buisness if you cant communicatei am not satisfied with any aspect of I yogi and want my full refund returned
