 During the conversation with the iyogi  representative,  We were told that if we requested a refund that the man would not be paid for the job.  During this conversation we were often over talked abd not understood because of a dialect difference.  We were told that receiving 30 dollars back along  with The 6 month tech support. This option was forced upon us, we agree but simply because of miscommunication And because there was no progress after talking over an hour.

We couldn't locate this customer's account with us. We tried searching using the name , ph no and the email id but couldn't pull up anything. We request the customer to send us his subscription details and we will look into this case and help him...

I cannot locate an account and would ask that they simply remove the following numbers from the call list and add them to the do not call list: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. We would like to inform you that we at iYogi are not calling its customers. We have received several complaints from customers with similar incidents where customers are receiving calls from a group of people trying to impersonate iYogi. We will add the account that we are able to trace with this information to our Do-Not-Call list. Also we take strict measures to ensure that all our customers are aware that they have reached iYogi, however as the customer feels misinformed we have refunded the amount of $169.99 that [redacted] paid for the annual technical service plan. The customer has also paid $29.99 to purchase a Total Defense’ PC Tune UP for one year. We have not requested Total Defense for its cancellation.

my complaint has not yet been resolved...their apology alone warrants a refund and thats what I expect...three times they worked on my computer with no repair...twice they tried to sell me an extended plan before even coming close to repairing the problem...each time they worked on my computer and after the technicians telling me it should work fine, the next day I still couldnt access the internet for ten+ minutes and the computer was still slow...I believe that this inconvenience and money spent without repair warrants a refund...the [redacted] offered to have another technician work on the computer at which point I told him that I was having someone else to the repair...thank you, [redacted]

I have never received an e-mail from this company saying they are going to charge my account or with an option out. If they look at their records they would realize I have not used them since the first time I contacted them over a year ago thinking they were part of [redacted].  I DO NOT WANT THEIR SERVICES.  Please reverse your charge.

Thanks for notifying us of this complaint. With regards to this case we managed to get in touch with [redacted] and discussed it with her. We have respected her decision of cancelling the services with us. We have initiated the refund process which will constitute of a pro rated basis...

refund for the Annual Tech support and a complete refund for the Tech Genie software and the Hardware warranty. The money will get credited into the customer's account in the next 5-7 working days. Our Toll free no to call is [redacted] in case she wants to get the refund status checked.

I provided I yogi with my physical address to mail the payment to on 11/**/15 VIA telephone.  iYogi did call, but they called my home phone, which I cannot answer because I work full time.  The call back number theyleft was the regular customer service #, which is practically impossible to get a live person on the phone.  You immediately receive a message "[redacted]" and direct you to contact them viaiyogi.com/chat.  This is how I got in contact with Nisar A[redacted] P[redacted] on 11/**/15.  He ended up contacting me by telephone at almost 10 p.m. EST and indicated a check would be mailed to [redacted]  [redacted].   I called on 12/*/15 as I haven't received a check.  I was told the check was mailed on 12/*/15 and would take 10 business days.  I was told the check was issued by Citibank.   As of 12/**/15, I have yet to receive thecheck.  I don't know where it was mailed from; United States or out of the country.  If it was mailed in the U.S. via regular [redacted] service, I should have received it by now.
