I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter will be resolved when my refund has been processed on my credit card account However, if I discover any added unwanted malware etc on my machine that can be traced to my iYogi experience, then I reserve the right to reopen my complaint
I still am disconcerted by the ways iYogi and *** *** *** and *** do business They all seem to be together in this and probably other deceptive marketing practices designed to confuse and mislead the customer and unscrupulously take advantage of them for their profit

I have received part payment of $But also had a debit of $taken from my account by the bank of $for the wire transfer fees
I was owed AU$of which I am now owed AU$plus the $transfer fee leaving a total of AU$
This total is not including any fees the banks may charge me again for any future wire transfers that Iyogi make

This is absolutely crazy!!!  Once again, the legal action was cancelled on 08/**/14.  Reference number # [redacted].  The bank they are referring to I assume is [redacted]. I made numerous phone calls and even submitted a few emails to IYOGI about not wanting to renew the subscription.  A representative from [redacted] also assisted me in a conference call with IYOGI on 2 separate occasions.  The first was on 09/**/14 and WE were advised that the "Management Team" is reviewing.  We were told to call back on MOnday for a response.  We called back on Monday and was then promised a call back within 24 hrs.  NOTHING!!  I am sure [redacted] can prove this since I believe their phone calls are recorded.  NEITHER TIME were we told that "MY BANK"  is holding up the process and that additional information is needed. [redacted] reached out to their "MERCHANT SERVICES"  on two separate occasions as well.  They claim that they have followed protocol and that they are not aware of any further action that is needed.  If they were really interested in making this right, why have they not taken necessary action to help close this case.  They had the opportunity to tell [redacted] directly during both phone calls.  Not to mention the amount of calls that I had made as well.   [redacted] tried, what have they done and who have they notified about what is needed for them to close the case so a refund can be issued.  They need to communicate in order to resolve.  WE CANT GIVE THEM WHAT THEY NEED IF THEY DONT INFORM US WHAT IT IS.......

We have deposited (via wire transfer) an amount of USD 100.00, which is approximately AUD 110.00 as per the conversion rate mentioned
by [redacted] in her last response. As [redacted] mentioned an amount of USD 87.92, the extra USD 12.08 have been transferred so as to avoid further discrepancies.
The amount now transferred is considered as final and no other charges would be incurred by iYogi after the successful receipt of  this amount by the customer. iYogi would not be responsible for any other charges deducted by the bank or any amount mentioned by the customer after this.
We would also like to highlight the fact that iYogi has now returned double the said refund amount of AUD 94.99 along with the wire
transfer charges that were charged by [redacted]’s bank. The refund of AUD 94.99 was successfully done earlier as well to the same card through which it was paid (as per iYogi’s refund policy).
We request [redacted] to send us a confirmation of receipt of the refunds via Revdex.com (in a signed scanned copy), stating that iYogi
is now not responsible for any further charges deducted by her bank. Also that iYogi is not liable for any further claims whatsoever by the customer.

Dear [redacted],Thank you for the complaint notification. We had a discussion with our Finance team about this refund situation. They have now gone ahead and refund the money ($299.99) into the customer's VISA credit card. The card is the same one which was used at the time of payment. It normally takes about 5-7 business days for the money to reflect in the card. At this time, I have been contacted directly by iYogi, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 I have been contacted 3 more times by the organization only for further solicitation of services. The most recent call coming on Thursday...

morning. This issue remains unresolved.  On each call, I have asked to have my number removed from contact.  Typically, the caller hangs up on me when I make this request.  I have tried to block the number but now it comes up as "Unknown"so I cannot block it.  The only other option would be to change my number which I will not do

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
  The fees are correct and would like IYogi to return the funds back to my credit card.  When should I expect to receive the funds on my card?  IYogi stated in there last response that they tried contacting me via cellular phone but nobody left any message for me to return their call.  I hope they will follow through and keep their word by refunding the fees.

Yes on October 12, 2014. Iyogi charged my [redacted] Master card $299.99. I did not authorized this charge to my credit. card. I would like this amount charged back to my credit card. Thank you for your cooperation.
