This complaint has not been resolved and I doubt if they will ever resolve it as they just keep giving me the run around. I believe they have never had any intentions of honoring their satisfaction agreement and that they will never refund my subscription fee. Therefore, buyer beware of this company.

I would prefer the company submit their response to the Revdex.com.  The company needs to provide a refund of $399.99.  They also need to reimburse me in the amount of $175 for repairs.  A complaint has also been filed with my states attorney general's office.

his decision and processed a complete refund of the money paid. Now the claims of we 'destroying' his computer are completely vague. [redacted] paid $299.99 on 03/**/20** for a two year plan. Then paid $100.00 on 08/**/20** to upgrade this to a three year plan, the expiration date of which was 03/**/2016. 2.       As [redacted] is an old customer, we upgraded his technical service plan for further two years without any charges with expiration date 03/**/2018. As the paid subscription has expired on 03/**/2016, the technical service subscription is not eligible for refund. 3.       [redacted] purchased CA PC Tune Up software for three years on 08/**/20** by paying $79.99 which will expire on 08/**/2016. Last three months of the product as still left, however as per the refund policy, a product purchased and used cannot be refunded as this is not an iYogi software. 4.       [redacted] purchased a “Microsoft Windows 8.1 32/64-bit - Complete Product - 1 PC” on 07/**/2014 by paying $169.99 and then got this cancelled on 08/**/2014 to get a full refund. 5.       [redacted] also purchased a “WD Elements 1TB” HDD on 09/**/2015 by paying $144.99. I have just called right now and spoken with a [redacted] Credit Card Representative, [redacted], on ###-###-#### and I was told that no payment has been received so far from iYogi.Furthermore, the explanation given to the Revdex.com by iYogi is totally bogus. I started business with iYogi in 2012. If they had a policy to send out emails for renewal of membership, how come they never sent me that type of email in 2013 and 2014 when I was present within the U.S, instead they called me by phone repeatedly to convince me to renew my membership? Secondly, I informed iYogi at the end of January 2014 before leaving the U.S that I will be gone from the U.S for a year and that they will not be able to contact me at all for any type of service because I will be disconnecting my phone and internet account with [redacted] since I would not have the money to pay to keep thoseaccounts open for a year. Having heard that, they conveniently decided to illegally withdraw funds from my account, hoping that I might not discover it. Fortunately for me, my account balance with [redacted] was zero dollars before leaving and so the illegal transaction was very evident. When an email account is closed, any correspondence to that account will be returned to the sender by the internet Postmaster as "Undelivered Mail". If it is true, which I doubt, that they sent me an email even after informing them that I will not be available for service after leaving the U.S, did the returned email not ring a bell that it was not delivered to me? So why proceed to illegally withdraw funds from my card if the email was undeliverable?Since my credit card account was paid in full before leaving and I knew that I would not be making any credit card purchases from a rural area in [redacted], I had no reason to even give [redacted] any new email address to contact me. I had no U.S address after I left and no reason to expect mails from [redacted] since I had a zero balance with them. With the illegal transaction by iYogi in July of 2014, [redacted] now had reason to send me monthly statements, which were returned to them since I had no U.S postal address. Not being able to contact me by email, phone or postal mail, the illegal withdrawal started generating late fees and interest fees. When I discovered the illegal transaction by iYogi in April of 2015, iYogi told me that they could refund the $249.99 that was withdrawn illegally but not the incurred late fees and interest charges. The total amount on my credit card was now $475.00, inclusive of the fees. So if iYogi told me that they would only pay back $249.99, then I wonder why they told the Revdex.com that the amount has been paid in full. Can they please give the DATE when they paid any amount to the [redacted] credit card? Can they also indicate the exact AMOUNT that was paid to [redacted] that [redacted] has no record of?I am very disappointed because I reluctantly typed in my credit card information to iYogi after I was seriously deceived that they do not keep credit card numbers on file but yet they managed to still have my card number on file to make such huge illegal withdrawal. I have never paid that amount at any time as membership. The largest amount paid has been $169.99; so why this huge amount illegally and in my absence? Dear Revdex.com,
We have not been able to contact this customer despite our repeated attempts to do so. So now as per the customer's request on here, we have gone ahead and processed a refund of the complete amount ( $399.99 ) that he had paid us. The money will get credited into the customer's account in the next few days. It's unfortunate to lose a customer and not able to talk through all of this with him but we think as a company we are ought to respect a customer's decision to continue or cancel his services with us.

They have NOT contacted me.  Someone claiming to be Iyogi contacted me and almost got away with stealing $500.00 from me but was stopped by the credit card company.
