I have attached the response from my factory authorized technician from his last visit Based on what he was told, and what his inspection showed, we will not replace or take this furniture as a return It is clearly stated that there is nothing wrong with this furnitureI was at his home two different times for inspections but both times, no problem was found as he describe to me that seat are breaking down, I see nothing wrong with itHe lays down on sofa and loveseat all time and his head feels wood frame while he sleepsAbsolutely nothing wrong with itLast time when I went to his home, he tells me that he did not ask for Boku’s inspection to you but he tell me that you wanted to send me for fix or inspection regardless of his ?????? I explained to him all inside built and he understood and he THANKS to me for second inspection

I purchased a couch and a love seat from JR furniture the sales associate told me it was leather, it was delivered Tuesday Oct 4th at 2PmAfter checking the furniture its turns out not to be leatherI called the company they assured me it was leather but the tags attached to the furniture says different not leather I personally checked out the bottom of the couch & it is vinylI want to return and get refund but they told me no refundsthe terms of the sale say I have days? According to the paperwork signed at the time of purchase, the company will do whatever it takes to fix the product that is damaged within their discretion The store that this bunk bed was purchased from has the parts ready to fix this bed for the customer; but at the customers' request the
company has delayed the service to complete this call We will complete this service as soon as the customer calls to let us know she is ready We do not refund money for product that is and has been in the customers' home

I ordered a couch and chairI was told 4-weeksAt weeks I told to see how it was goingI was told that the fabric for the chair is back orderedNo one called to tell us that We are at weeks and we call againThey day the couch was leaving the assembly line and should be there in daysCall on the 4th day and now I'm being told I was given the wrong date and we are looking at another 3-weeks for a grand total of over weeks! Bought couch, Sales Order ***, in January with the Extended Warranty Couch was delivered 3/14/with damaged cushions I notified Veenita at JR Furniture, with pictures, on 3/15/ Warranty people have been unable to secure replacement cushions after attempts 1/months later and our couch is still not fixed

We bought two sofas from the Tukwila store December 9th, We were told that they would be ready to pick up at their Lynwood store the following Saturday the 15th We called before we went to get them and were informed that they were not there yet, but could arranged delivery on the 19th, at their expense The 19th came and went, no call, nothing I stopped by the Tukwila store on Friday the 21st, talked to both Sonia who was the salesperson and the manager Paul, who guaranteed my that they were being delivered as we spoke to the Lynwood store He said they thought we would get delivery later on Friday I called back two hours later and was told now that they were not on the truck after all, but would be delivered the next day before 3PM Finally, the delivery came, order was wrong as they delivered a sofa and a loveseat instead of two sofas that were ordered To top it off, the delivery guys just dropped it off in the driveway and left, no help to bring them in the house at all or even to unpack them from the cardboard boxes I am not sure how they sell anything

I just bought three leather sofas from JR Furniture in Hillsboro on 3rd March 2017, was told that they will deliver by 03/22/2017, the day came and there was a call saying that it will be delayed for another week, so
I called the store and then talked with the Store Manager Antonio, He said that he is not able to help with the deliveryI told him to return the deposit backI called the Lady that I had dealt with and also called the corporate at GreshamThe next minute I get a call saying that they will deliver the next dayThe next day the furniture was delivered but found that they had delivered the floor modelI called the store and talked to the manager Antonio and he said that it was new and was opened in frontt of meI told him that it is not new as the head rest of the sofa was not working as I had checked when I visited the storeNext He calls me and says that he will deliver 04/10/2017, I was okay with itYesterday got called that they could not deliver as the consignment didn't came through but will make it on WednesdayWednesday came and they gave me a time of 2hrs windowThen again I got called and said that my furniture did not cameI Called and talked to the Guy called Jim or John in the store and He was so rude in talking to me saying that he has nothing to do with him or Antonio I strongly recommend that you run as far as possible and not shop there, they are a nightmareI have since complained to the Revdex.com and will continue to do so until I get some sort of satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because:I have been trying to contact management and owner since April, I have now attached items:Copies of all emails sent to "Terra," Tacoma, GM. Conversation dictation with "Sam," Manager of Tukwilla. I have also attached pictures that are located at the bottom of the email log. All I am asking for is for the owner to call me back and see what we can do about this problemI have never in my life been treated like this before from a business.

I am rejecting this response because: The business has completely ignored to address the extreme rude and unprofessional behavior of the service technicianIt is very unfortunate that they have not even apologized for their technician's behaviorAlso, the problem with the sofa still exists, which the technician was not even willing to talk aboutThe technician did not have a convincing reason when I showed him the problem that exists with the sofaOn top of that the technician was very condescending and rudeAs a result I had to ask the technician to leave my house as I felt very uncomfortable with his presence at my homeThe sofa has problems and is within the warranty periodI think it is the manufacturing defect and cannot be fixedThis is the reason that JR Furniture is now avoiding to address the issueI would like that the sofa is returned with a full refund because I do not feel safe and comfortable dealing with this business anymore and do not want any of their personnel entering my homeI want full refund

I purchased a recliner sofa from JR Furniture in Tigard, OR which has had issues since I purchasedThey replaced one of the sofas once but the new one had the same problemThis seems like a manufacturing defect with the sofaSo, I complained again and they sent a repair technician to my houseThe repair technician visited my house and told me that he will recommend to replace the sofa as he saw the same problem as beforeAfter that I kept waiting for a response from JR FurnitureAfter waiting for one month, I called to check the statusTo my surprise, I was informed that the case has been closed as the technician did not find any problems with the sofaThen I explained again that the technician gave me a different picture during his visit So, they agreed to send the technician againToday another technician came to my house but behaved extremely rude and unprofessionalHis behavior was so rude that I had to ask him to leave my houseI felt extremely intimidated by his beha

On 12/31/I have went in and bought a Lift Recliner chair, when the chair was delivered I sat down and leened back and the back of the chair moved 2" so then I called the store and they set up for a in house techto come out and fix the chairWhen the in house techshowed up and worked on the chair he had founded that the scerws where the wrong ones in the chair so he replaced the them and then he had me sit in the chair.He had me put the recliner up and the chair felled back another 2" He then told me that the chair was needing all new works to make the chair work rightI called the store back and they hadn't got the report from the repair guy, so they called himThen I was told that I needed to call the manufacture to get the parts sent here for the repairman to fix the chairThe chair is over a year old that they sold meAnd I have all paper work on this chair with the date of 2016/01/stamped that shows when the chair was made by the manufacture
