I came in to purchase furniture and found a set I liked, picked out materials, paid a down payment and financed the setThey said it would be delivered in two weeksI'd changed the fabrics several timesAfter two weeks, they said the order was delayed another two weeksIt has now been ten weeks and the order has been delayed four timesThe only option I am getting from the general manager is to change fabrics, and they will not cancel my order or give me a refund of my down payment because it is apparently a "special order" and it's already in the systemI ordered a service and product, and I have not received what I ordered so I'd just like a refund

When dealing with our salesperson Asif, Khan we informed him that if we are going to order the items listed on our sales order that we need to have it no later then 03/23/as we wanted to surprise our daughter with a new bedroom, he informed us this would not be a problem as everything was in stock and should arrive no problem from California

On 12/31/I have went in and bought a Lift Recliner chair, when the chair was delivered I sat down and leened back and the back of the chair moved 2" so then I called the store and they set up for a in house techto come out and fix the chairWhen the in house techshowed up and worked on the chair he had founded that the scerws where the wrong ones in the chair so he replaced the them and then he had me sit in the chair.He had me put the recliner up and the chair felled back another 2" He then told me that the chair was needing all new works to make the chair work rightI called the store back and they hadn't got the report from the repair guy, so they called himThen I was told that I needed to call the manufacture to get the parts sent here for the repairman to fix the chairThe chair is over a year old that they sold meAnd I have all paper work on this chair with the date of 2016/01/stamped that shows when the chair was made by the manufacture

I definitely do not recommend this place! I purchased a sofa 1/2/from JR Furniture and financed with ZibbyThe 1st issue was it took a few weeks to get the sofaThe 2nd issue was the delivery process they fell though on delivering it times witch cause me to miss time from workOn the 3rd time the delivery was super UN professional and I received a damaged productEvery time I have contact the store by phone I get super rude people who say they can’t help me and a manager will call me back but no one ever calls backThe loan company Zibby advised me to not make payments on the sofa until the issue is resolved however the account is becoming very past dueThe 2nd delivery again was very UN professional and they showed up un-announcedAgain the 2nd sofa was damaged not as bad as the 1st but still damaged and it took them a little over a week to get the 2nd sofa outNow for over a month Zibby and I have been trying to get in contact with the store to get a return/refund processed or a discount on the damaged product
