Sorry we can not take back an item that was special order, we simply cannot take it back the customers responsibility to measure the space the item or items need to be placed before purchasing

I purchased two productsa queen size mattress and sectional sofa from JR Furniture store in Tukwila, WAThe company advertised year warranty on a queen mattress (cost $639.19) and year warranty on the corner sectional sofa (total $2465.71)After months of use, both items developed faults - the mattress developed a bow (sagging mattress)The sectional sofa and it's top cushions (backrest) had deformed, have a wavy (not straight) shape on top and in addition, the sitting area also bacame saggy after months of use
I contacted the JR Furniture store in Tukwila, WA four times over email (9/16/2017;/18/2017; 9/28/and 10/13/2017) and multiple times over the phoneI was able to talk to someone in the store who requested to send pictures as a proof, I sent detailed pictures of both products on 9/to show the products' faultsI called back and they requested additional pictures, which I sent from different angles on 9/I asked for replacement or refund due to adv

On March 28th I ordered a Stanton sectional and ChairI was told 6-weeks or probably around the 6th of MayAround May 1st, I called to check on the order and was told that the order had not been pushed through because the fabric for the chair(different from the fabric on the couch) had been on back orderNo one called us about this and we were completely in the dark until WE CALLED THEMWe tell them to push the couch through and we will wait longer for the chairThey say around May 18th for the couchWe did not receive the couch until May 28th and only after several callsThen we finally receive the chair on June 11th except without the pillows of the same fabric as the chairWe were not told the pillows were not being delivered when delivery was set up the night beforeI call after the chair is delivered and I'm told the fabric is on back order again and that we were told that the night beforeWe certainly were not told that! I bought a custom sofa from JR Furniture & Mattress that is manufactured by Stanton sofasThis particular manufacturer, JR Furniture claims that it takes about to weeks to be built and ready for deliveryEight weeks go by, I don't hear from the store, so I callI ask them where is the sofa, they tell me that they do not know, that they need to contact the manufacturerJR Furniture calls me back saying that the manufacturer is having supply issues or something to that effect and that it's going to take another two weeksJuly 10th comes around, I do not hear from JR Furniture, so I call themSame story, that they do not know where it is and need to contact the manufacturerJr Furniture calls me back saying that it is going to be another to weeksAt this point they are giving me free deliveryI get a voicemail on August 7th that the furniture is at the store

We spent $on a bedroom furniture set, when we went to put it together the headboard was the wrong size/color, the quality was extremely poor, hardware was missing to put the bedframe together, and they gave us the wrong dresser than what we orderedThere were scratches and chips in the furniture as wellMy husband called the general manager of the store and he told us 'you get what you pay for' and that he could send a technician out to look at it but we could return it for a 20% restocking fee or deal w/ itWe can't even put the set together because of the headboard being a different sizeThey did not send us the correct pieces nor the hardware to put it together

I called the store and then talked with the Store Manager Antonio, He said that he is not able to help with the deliveryI told him to return the deposit backI called the Lady that I had dealt with and also called the corporate at GreshamThe next minute I get a call saying that they will deliver the next dayThe next day the furniture was delivered but found that they had delivered the floor modelI called the store and talked to the manager Antonio and he said that it was new and was opened in frontt of meI told him that it is not new as the head rest of the sofa was not working as I had checked when I visited the storeNext He calls me and says that he will deliver 04/10/2017, I was okay with itYesterday got called that they could not deliver as the consignment didn't came through but will make it on WednesdayWednesday came and they gave me a time of 2hrs windowThen again I got called and said that my furniture did not cameI Called and talked to the Guy called Jim or John in the store and He was so rude in talking to me saying that he has nothing to do with him or Antonio I strongly recommend that you run as far as possible and not shop there, they are a nightmareI have since complained to the Revdex.com and will continue to do so until I get some sort of satisfaction

Bought couch, Sales Order ***, in January with the Extended Warranty Couch was delivered 3/14/with damaged cushions I notified Veenita at JR Furniture, with pictures, on 3/15/ Warranty people have been unable to secure replacement cushions after attempts 1/months later and our couch is still not fixed

I bought set of beds for my kids and the sales agents told me that everything in front of us was included and I repeated in front of my wife that everything is included she said yes then we finalized and process the financing paper work today when the delivery people came in my called me and told me that the order was missing one item from each order when I called them they denied that it was included

This customer had an issue with the sofa and we sent a technician out. The technician said it couldn't be fixed and suggested we exchange the sofa. That is exactly what we did. Some months later the customer was having an issue with the new sofa. We sent the
technician back out. He told me there was nothing wrong, so we closed the service report. The customer called wanting to know when his new sofa was coming. I explained that the technicians report indicated that everything was ok, but customer insisted there was an issue.
