I am rejecting this response because: I would like thinegative account removed from my credit report immediately until the claim through GAP insurance is resolved IF there is a balance owed after the GAP claim is closed and I do not resolve it within the given amount of time, then you may report it on my credit as delinquentI will not accept negative reporting when you're still waiting for a claim

they received a free oil changeThey wanted to do a tu, which they provided the parts We agreed to not charge labor due to their previous unhappy experienceCustomer also wanted his valve covers replacedUpon changing the valve covers oil was released out of the valve covers into the combustion chambersCustomer was made aware of the situation and asked us to proceed with the valve cover replacementCustomer was charged a total of $for the service along with a cabin filter and we paid for valve covers Customer was made aware of oil and coolant leaks that already existedService was performed and customer left On the following day we were notified by customer's boyfriend *** that the vehicle had stopped running and was stranded in SylmarI sent my technician out there to inspect the vehicle and specifically the service we performedMy technician concluded there was no leaks or unusual conditions surrounding the valve covers we replacedThe customer was satisfied with our attempt to solve the problem*** was the only person I talked to about the vehicle, never talked to Ms***

Because they left us stranded for a couple days and they ensured that the car will make it to Los Angeles and back with no problemsI ask at least repair the problem to my vehicle or we want back a refund for the money that was spent on the inconvenience for being stuck in Sylmar,Ca for three days and/or for the cost of repair on the car and cost for the tow from Sylmar back to Bakersfield

contains the Air Filter was filled with acorns and leaves to the point that we have to get a vacuum to remove all the debrisAll indications was that the Air filter and housing had not been maintained or inspected in a very long timeOur facility services and inspects the air filter on over vehicles per month, by far this was one of the most clogged housing we've seenIt is conseivable that our inspection of the Air filter housing facilitated the malfunction of the mass air flow sensor, BUT the cause was the acorns and leaves clogging the housing chamberIn my professional opinion any mechanic who opened that air filter housing would have the same resultIt also did not help that the customer declined to replace the filthy clogged air filter elementAfter returning the clogged air filter at the customers request the vehicle would not run properlyWe performed a diagnosis and found the mass air flow sensor had debris in it and need to be replacedKnowing what we just experienced with the air filter We made the following offer to the customer: We would get the part for him and charge him our cost (no mark-up) We waived (for FREE) the Labor charge to remove and replace the part and ALSO put in a NEW Air Filter ($value for FREE)If this vehicle was properly maintained this would not have been an issueI believe we acted prudently, professional, and did what was in the best interest for our business

I think that this company is rude, and they are not trying to resolve this issue, they are creating a bigger issueLike I stated I did not place an application with this company, and I have spoken with a Lawyer in regards to the treatment that I'm receiving

Customer has had an ongoing issue with either the same or similar concern of the "traction control light" coming on. This dealership under its previous ownership diagnosed a traction control light 05FEBcustomer postponed repairDealer again diagnosed and verified customers of traction
control light and check engine light on 11SEPno repairs performed. Vehicle brought in for Check engine , wrench light and traction control warnings coming on 18NOV16. Vehicle verified to have concern with electronic throttle body which caused the check engine light concern and could trigger the traction control light warning. Repairs to correct check engine light $841.58. Customer elected to perform additional maintenence items on the vehicle which did put the total service work completed just over $1500.00. Dealer has reached out to *** *** to evaluate and reassess what can be done to remedy and build relationship with customer. During the repair the customer was clearly explained that additional repairs were needed and the customer declined those repairs. We physically showed the customer the parts that we recommended to replace Kind Regards, *** ***

To whom it may concern, Having received the complaint regarding our service on 4/20/17,I have reached out to the customer to see what can be done to solve the materThe phone number provided was for the customers father, who filled me in on what has happened so far with the vehicleI
invited them to send the vehicle back to us, so that we can do a complimentary diagnostic to determine what is wrong with the vehicle, and what can be done to resolve this matterI just spoke with the actual customer minutes ago, and the customer has agreed to bring the vehicle in today so that we can get a look at it. Having recently taken over this branch in the last weeks, I will do what I can to personally get up to speed on the matter, and rectify the situation to the best ** my ability. I am rejecting this response because: the third party to which Jiffy Lube refers, checked the radiator, under pressure, and found no leaks. A note explaining the radiator test was sent to Jiffy Lube. For JIffy Lube to continue to claim that it is not their fault is not supported by the facts. There is not an internal leak as claimed by Jiffy Lube Once water is in the transmission, it is very difficult to remove. I verified this information with Gridley Ford, who indicated that flushing the transmission several times may not remove all the water. The third party previously mentioned, Auturos Auto Repair and Gridley Ford both indicate that to correct this situation, the transmission should be replaced

I am rejecting this response because I understand that when I took my car in to jiffy lube they had not done the oil change prior to me taking it to the ming storeI explained that in the first place but they still were willing to do the repair at this ming storeI would like for them to refund the money I had to spend at the chevy dealer due to the whole malfunction my car had right after the thermostat was changedWhen the assistant explained the issue he stated that the fluid looked like oil because it was the excess of the radiator fluid leaking over the oil filter which caused it to look like oilLike I said before I finally got my car back and the car is still leaking some sort of liquidSo if initially the issue was the thermostat why is it still leaking? I truly wish I had not ever taking my car to this shopI tried so many times to contact them and only once they tried calling me backi had to take it into my hands and resolve the issue with chevyThis caused me to borrow a car from someone I missed work because of itIt is my car and responsibility but I believe a simple mistake from their labor caused the car to malfunction

*I donot accept their reply !!!! I never agreed to monthly payments, I have filed complaints with Federal Trade Commission about them discussing terms of his loan and harassment of collections
