I do not accept the response of the business to resolve this complaint because (1) I was traveling and unable to respond in the designated time frame or be able to mail the dress since I was not home (2) they said they would keep the dress and no refund if it was not returned in the days (3) This business denied that there was anything wrong already after they reviewed the picture they required for the original complaintTherefore, I do not trust that they will give any refund after they were already given several chancesHowever, Now that I have returned home from traveling, I will return the dressI am requesting this complaint stands until I receive a refund from the companyI hope that they will extend the time frame for the return and refund my moneyThank you
