I am not accepting the response from Jjhouse as they now want items shipped at my expense to ChinaI have checked with the Post Office and they shared that they see people in this position all the timeIt is not acceptable that JJhouse is allowed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers in this wayWhen I made my purchase I had the dresses delivered quickly and it cost me a bit over $now all of a sudden I have to return items to China at a cost of over $The Post office confirmed they see this all the time from companies like Jjhouse and it is unfair trade.I do not feel this is fair and am not happy with this decisionJjhouse strings customers along with unwanted offers of discounts on another purchase after you are unhappy with the one you just madeThen they begin to up the offer on another purchase as if they didn't understand you refused it the first timesFinally when I have my credit card company and the Better Business Bureu involved, they decide to allow me to return it so it seem they are accomadating the customerThis is not a resolution when the customer looses so much in the shipping charges to ChinaThis company needs to show this information clearly before purchases are made. *** ***

I responded to the company's email received on Tuesday morning, seeking clarification of one of the options presented (retain product and receive a 40% discount), and have not received any follow up response from them since. I sent two additional follow up messages (Wedand Thurs.) requesting a response, so that I could indicate to Revdex.com that this issue was resolved, however, no response has been received. I would like to settle this, but need to understand the specific refund amount being offered, and get proof that it has been processed

The company reached out to me directly and offered the following options1.We can refund you 40% of the dresses value and you can still keep the dressesYou may return the dresses to usIt usually takes three weeks for us to receive your parcel depending on how you send it backAfter receiving the returned products, we will process the refund of the items value for you, while the return postage will be at your own expenseWhile neither of these options is what I was looking to accomplish, I have informed the company I will accept option number I have priced the shipping with my local post office to find that the shipping charge would be $89.95, which is outrageousI have already paid shipping once and don't feel at this point that spending that much for shipping is an acceptable optionI am waiting for the to confirm that the refund amount would be $and how long will it take to be refunded to my credit card. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
