The chargeback was initiated due to the refusal of honoring the posted return policy I would not have made a purchase from your company had your website stated that you don't allows for returns for defective products. This is a direct quote from your website "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shippedIf you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package." Had I known that this policy is false, I would not have ordered from your companyNow that I know, a coupon is of no use as I will never order from your company again
