I am not pleased with the companies responseEven though the company claims to give me a full refund of the itemsThey are REFUSE to refund me the shipping costsI paid for the items to be shipped back to their China office, which I felt is unfairI have attached a copy of the USPS postal receipt proving that I paid for the shipping costs to return the items

The business contacted me but they did not send me a return form or return instructions They asked what shoes I will be returning and I sent the list to themThey then responded by giving me the following options:First Response was I can sell the shoes myself and they would offer me 20% off my next order After rejecting that offer, they replied: 1) We will offer you 40% of the product value in coupon form to be used against your next order and you may keep the product; OR 2) return the product, at my expense, and they would send me a coupon voucher to cover the product value to be used on their site THEY NEVER OFFERED ME A REFUND. I followed the return policy as stated on their site and they have yet to follow their own policy At this point, I am very reluctant to send anything back as I don't trust this company.I still want a full refund of the product value I will gladly return the product once I receive a return authorization and a *** Call Tag and a confirmation that 100% of my return in the amount of $will be refunded. These were not custom made shoes and they need to uphold their return policy as stated on their site
