they have contacted me and sent me a return address, however, they told me if I remove my reviews they would immediately process my refundAs of this morning, I am being told they cannot refund me in whole unless I give them my PayPal login and account numberI did not use PayPal for this order, I used my credit cardSomething is fishy here

If they are saying they didn't accept it then where did the $refund come in? If they really claim the dress isn't there then why give me a refund for $it doesn't make sense They are lying and they are scam artists

Revdex.com, Yes, JJsHouse.com did allow me to return my items....to ChinaI paid $to have my shipment sent internationallyJJsHouse.com claims to makes every dress to order, so then why am I returning a dress to China? Once again, this business is advertising one thing and doing anotherI implore the Revdex.com to investigate their website for the claims they make versus the actual goods and services they provide. I appreciate the seller's acceptance to refund my purchases, which should be a sign of good faithHowever, sending my items back to the manufacturer as opposed to JJsHouse's Arizona facility puts the costs back on the consumerThis is not appropriate for any retailer, online or otherwise

I mailed the package back to them the way they requestedI provided them with tracking informationThe post office tells me it is in ChinaI don't know to move their package from CustomsI was advised by my local postmaster (Mrs*** that it could sit in Customs forever until they notify the recipient to come get itI TRIED to ship this out UPS so I could track it, but THEY refused to allow me to do soI don't know anything about international mail and how it worksUPS could have delivered it straight to them without this problemThis shipping method was THEIR choiceI have attached THAT emailIn her email Cecilia promised me that if they can confirm the package is on the way to them, she would issue a refund (I have that email as well and can provide, this only allows attachments)I provided the tracking info, she confirmed it left NYShe has not issued a refundThey need to check with customs officials about picking up their packageIT cost me $to mail itIf I do a "return to sender" and have it brought back to me...then have to resend it, that is more money it will cost meI can do thatIF THEY SEND ME A SHIPPING LABELI am not paying for shipping a 3rd timeI will have spent more on the shipping back and forth than the product is worthI am still getting the run around with this company...even though I have done everything they have asked and even spent $of my own money to mail their package (did I mention they lied about sending me a return label?)

the business offered a foreign return address that is unacceptable unless the business covers the return shipping to the foreign addressTo ship to the foreign return address we have to pay more on shipping cost than what we can get back from the refund which is ridiculousWe have already shipped back the items to the business' official registered business address in ** *** *** with tracking informationWe request that the business should fully refund what was charged on our credit card
