I did received three options from the company but none of them included giving me back 100% refund and my shipping costThe options are below:We can refund you 40% of the dress value and you can still keep the dressWe can offer you a coupon equals to 50% of the dress value and you can still keep the dressOr you may return the product to usIt usually takes three weeks for us to receive your parcel depending on how you send it backAfter receiving the returned products, we will process the refund of the item value for you, while the return postage will be at your own expense.1) We are willing to offer you 20% refund of the dress value.You can keep the dress. 2) Or we are willing to offer you a 30% discount coupon code to buy a new dressThe valid time is one year.Neither option refunds all of my moneyI will never order from this company again or suggest it to anyone else so I am not interested in a coupon. I will accept %refund and I keep the dress but I will not send it back at my expense after they charged me for expedited shipping and I received the dress too late

The company offered me the choice of a 40% refund, or to return the dress to an unknown address in China at my cost for shipping. I chose to take the 40% because the shipping was more then the dress cost alone! I am still waiting for my refund and have not received it yet. I will be following up again if I do not receive it.
