I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I not only want my full refund of $189.96 but also $33.40 for return of the dress. I have emails stating that I was to get a refund of the return postage of $33.40. Once a total refund of $223.26 is put back on my credit card used then I will be satisfied  and will close the case. I have over 50 emails from JJsHouse regarding this refund transaction. [redacted]

I do not accept the response of the business to resolve this complaint because (1) I was traveling and unable to respond in the designated time frame or be able to mail the dress since I was not home (2) they said they would keep the dress and no refund if it was not returned in the 7 days (3) This business denied that there was anything wrong already after they reviewed the picture they required for the original complaint. Therefore, I do not trust that they will give any refund after they were already given several chances. However, Now that I have returned home from traveling, I will return the dress. I am requesting this complaint stands until I receive a refund from the company. I hope that they will extend the time frame for the return and refund my money. Thank you.

the business offered a foreign return address that is unacceptable unless the business covers the return shipping to the foreign address. To ship to the foreign return address we have to pay more on shipping cost than what we can get back from the refund which is ridiculous. We have already shipped back the items to the business' official registered business address in [redacted] with tracking information. We request that the business should fully refund what was charged on our credit card.
