Their ineptitude / lack of internal processes caused undue delays, stress and costs to my family pods pick up and delivery teams were great - however - their customer service team and logistics teams need serious improvement the two teams couldn't work together to route a simple form (gypsy moth form) between each other after providing it times with a confirmation from them each time cost us hundreds in extra expenses with a delay in the delivery of days best of all - they totally ignore you when you ask for any type of consideration due to their internal errors I will never use them again and anyone going into [redacted] should beware!!!!

Horrible customer service, and I hadn't even contracted with them (and now, never will). Simply wanted a quote for the moving of a single piece of furniture from one state to another. Was treated like dirt. Will not only never use this service (or even consider it in the future), but will recommend others to avoid it completely. PODS placed an order that could never succeed from the beginning and have refused to take financial responsibility although they admit their at fault. PODS failed to provide accurate weight tickets for my POD as they were paid to do under our contract I contracted PODS to help me move from [redacted] to [redacted] CA ( [redacted] - [redacted] I am active duty military, and as part of the move, I requested and paid PODS to provide weight tickets for the empty and full weight of my PODThey provided an empty weight ticket, however the full weight ticket for my POD was not accurate It was time stamped after my POD was actually delivered and emptied After filing a complaint with PODS I was told there was a clerical error and I was provided a second weight ticket This weight ticket was again time stamped after my POD was delivered (therefor it was not for my POD), with the date of the weight fraudulently blacked out and hand written inWhile I have filed a claim with PODS, they have yet to provide me with a statement detailing that they have not provided me with an accurate full weight ticket and therefore did not provide the service that

Delivery driver caused damage to driveway The local Pods delivery person damaged our brand new driveway in November 2015. A claim was filed locally and then with the claim office in FL. We were to obtain estimates, which we did, and submitted. One claims rep contacted us, so did a local Pods customer service person, and then we heard nothing else. Numerous emails were sent, calls made, to no avail. Last week we contacted the claims manager. Still no response and we still have a damaged driveway.

Furniture was damaged during delivery in which the Pod was dropped from side to side and the company has refused to reimburse my losses I moved from Florida at the end of August, and when my Pod was redelivered in MA, I observed the delivery, and saw that the entire storage unit dropped several feet side to sideUpon unpacking by belongings, hundreds of dollars worth of furniture was irreparably damagedI worked with Pods for over months and rarely received timely responsesUltimately, they determined this was an expected delivery and refused to reimburse my lossesI also observed the delivery of the empty container in Florida, and it was completely smoothI have sent photos of the damage which I had an expert review, and it is clear the damage was caused by furniture lifting off the ground and slamming back down, which I'm certain occurred when I observed the container delivery and it dropped several feet on either side instead of smoothly descending to the groundInstead

Nightmare experience with PODS> I contacted them for my elderly aunt to get her moved from Denver to Ft Collins. I didn't have an exact address but was told they would just fill that in when we were ready to move. The next month I called with the new address and they said they didn't deliver. I had everything lined up and had to cancel, and incur about $1000 in extra charges setting up a new company to go unload the pod and move the items. When I submitted a complaint I was sent an email saying she would follow up with a resolution. I never heard back and they just charged me again! When I called accounting they said they were not associated with the corporate dispute office. I explained my frustrations with the initial booking since he did not tell me they had areas of the city they didn't deliver to, and caused a lot of additional charges. She said they are also not associated with the sales department. Seems like one company but they do not work together, and they do not take responsibility, yet they place blame on every other department. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
