PODS Enterprises inc does not cover damages to your furniture in their PODThere was a rodent infestation in our POD and they refused to help
We contacts PODS regarding our damaged furnitureRodent feces and urine were all over pieces a of furniture worth $4,We paid PODS faithfully for monthsWhen we brought this matter to their attention, they claimed theWould start their "internal" review process The representative told me they don't usually cover infestations but we will see what we can do I asked well if I bought the PODS insurance would this have helped she said "no, our insurance doesn't cover infestations"First red flad, why offer insurance when it doesn't cover one or the main reasons for damage to furniture? If I didn't care about my furniture being in a secure rodent free facilityI could have left it outside PODs then did their own internal research, we were not allowed transparency into where the facility was and was it an independent reviewSecon

Pod was not transported to final destination upon pickup as requested Billed twice for shipping and pod was returned to departure storage
My wife and I used PODS to ship our items for a recent move Upon picking up our pod filled with our items, PODS was supposed to ship it to our final destination location as we were moving immediately Prior to the initial pickup from our old house, we had to reschedule pickup at a later date due to not having the pod filled completely
Shortly after pickup from our old house, PODS initially charged us for the shipping where the container left the departure storage and then returned After months of searching for a house, we contacted PODS to setup a delivery for the following week where we were told our pod is still in our old location and they would not be able to get our pod to us for weeks, which also did not work well for us due to work-travel and we still do not have our items as of writing this
After filing a complaint with

Was charged for full month plus drop off fee of the last month of my month rental and only had the container days of the last month rental
I called on Oct to schedule my drop off date of Oct after having the storage for monthsI was told my final charge of $and some change, which would be deducted from my account the next dayAfter checking my account $was deducted from my accountI called and was told my monthly rental date was Oct 9, so I was charged full month of Oct and $drop off feeI questioned why was I told the final charge was only $and now was charged for a full month and the $98, I was told that the company would prorate the monthly charge once the container was picked up on the 15th and refund me the differenceI checked my account today and no refund, so I calledI was told the company did not prorate and as a customer satisfaction customer they would would refund me half of the monthly rentalMy problem with that is I had the container les

Terrible customer service while trying to fix a payment error made by this company
A recent payment using the latest credit card info which was updated a few weeks ago ended up being still charged from the old credit cardI tried to resolve this issue by calling the billing department and asking for a refund to the old card and charge to the new cardEven after a very long wait time and a number of times put on hold and the service representative could not resolve the issueA call transfer to a account manager was never successful which lead to a more trial and wait times
First I was very mad about the error itself then the terrible customer service I received from the billing department

I rented storage PODS and had them placed on my drivewayOur asphalt was damaged with divots and paint scrapesI filed a claim which PODS deniedAn excerpt from their response: "PODS received your claim in or about May concerning damage to your drivewayWe fully investigated and reviewed this matter with personnel from the market that provided the servicesPODS placed the container in an area pursuant to your instructionsWe found that the PODS driver handling your container did not negligently cause any damage to your property from the delivery, nor retrieval of the unitPODS operated its equipment in the course of business exercising due care under the circumstancesBased on the photos submitted, it appears to indicate that the asphalt may possibly have conducted enough heat to become soft and cause the driveway to sinkPlease consider the terms of your rental agreement you entered into with PODSYou represent to PODS that the area where you require placement wi

Failed to deliver POD within agreed timeframeAdmitted wrongdoing due to computer issueCost us moneyNo compensation or discountWaiting months
PODS failed to deliver our furniture and belonging s from our ** residence to *** on the agreed date in February of Despite multiple phone calls, and multiple promises, the POD did not arrive until weeks after they told us it was "LOST"In the meantime, we had purchased basic household goods, and the basics for setting up my wife's home business in excess of $4000, based on there contention (recorded) that the POD was "lost" We paid via credit card, and they kept charging us multiple storage months despite the fact that they admitted (multiple times) that there computer system was faulty, CAUSING CHARGES AND DELAYS
Even a cursory examination of their Twitter/Facebook Feed during this time proves they were dealing with multiple issues with an upgraded computer system, a fact confirmed by multiple customer service

I scheduled a POD to be delivered on 10/from GA to CO, I received it on 11/due to a POD scheduling error
10/9: POD delivered to Kennesaw, GA
10/13: POD picked up from Kennesaw, GA and should have been enroute to Wellington, CO to arrive on 10/
10/22: I called to receive my hour window only to find out the POD has not yet left GAI filed complaint
10/23: I called back to find out new delivery date which was told would be 11/4....almost weeks later then scheduled
10/25: called to find out who is handling my case, received no details
10/29: called again to see who is handling my case and was told I would receive a call and/or email...received NOTHING!!
10/30: called again to find out who is managing my claim and finally received a customer service rep handling my case
11/2: POD finally delivered
PODS clearly messed up during their scheduling process of my PODI was left with out my items to move into a new house for almost weeks, some nights having to sleep

Great experience with PODSClean containerDriver was knowledgeable and professional Returned after several months well cared for, and on timeI would highly recommend them

Container days late, after PODS had failed to locate container
Container was supposed to be delivered on 8/6/16, received a call from the driver that container was missing, called PODS customer service to let them know, was disconnected three timesFinally was able to speak to resolution team, who could not give us anykind of resolution as they did not know where the PODS were and that their logistics deptsomehow fstailed to have container shippedFinally received first container days later, second container the next dayReceived call from PODS resolution team a few days following offering me a $credit, then tried to charge me a redelivery feeToday on 8/15/find a charge of for another feeHorrible customer serviceThey are not willing to own up to their own mistakes and make it right for the customer

Pods has overcharged my credit card times in two months for autopay billings I have had to call in to get the charges credited back to my credit card I also requested that autopay be turned off to correct the issue

Delivery driver caused damage to driveway
The local Pods delivery person damaged our brand new driveway in November A claim was filed locally and then with the claim office in FLWe were to obtain estimates, which we did, and submittedOne claims rep contacted us, so did a local Pods customer service person, and then we heard nothing elseNumerous emails were sent, calls made, to no availLast week we contacted the claims managerStill no response and we still have a damaged driveway

Excellent service Pod container was in great shape and cleanPick up and drop off went off without a hitch

We ordered a Pods unit to transport our household goods from Florida to Oregon We paid PODS for a unit with exterior measurements of 8' by 8' by 16' When we received the unit, we discovered that the exterior measurements were 7'6.5" X 8' X 15' 11"
I provided PODS with detailed photos and explanations of this situation and the discrepancy It took PODS customer service over two months to respond to my inquiry and when they finally did respond, I was told that "they would not entertain any compensation"for the loss in space In addition, I was told that their website says that storage unit sizes varyA customer would assume that measurements might only vary by a few inches but not by nearly inches
PODS should provide honest numbers when selling their storage products and honor their customer's time and money
Product_Or_Service: Pods Storage Unit
Order_Number: XXXXXX

I have multiple billing issues with PODS - including after I no longer had a PODS container, PODS kept charging me for storage, when I thought my account was closedPODS IT has screwed up the destination address in the system multiple times for my local to long-distance moveAll the charges that PODS had charged my credit card, very confusing and obviously their billing department needs major improvementI've probably spoken to around people in various departments at PODs over the past months, with issues I've had with their billing and IT departmentsI just wrote a letter to the CEO - unfortunately I cannot enter the letter on this site as it is too longI have kept track of the customer service reps I have spoken to over the past few months - the questionable charges, etcAfter I had final pick up of my PODS container, early October, before the next storage rental due date, PODS still managed to charge my credit card - TWICEI find that as of yesterday and I am still call
