I started having complicated issues onlineI called the company spoke to a customer service Representative which was a guyHe informed me He can take over and book all the information over the phone for meHe explained to me how much it was going to cost me monthly and explained to me how I can set up my account onlineI was never informed of a extra fee of $Once the representative took over the online because irrelevantI believe, as a customer service representative it is their job to explain everything that is needed to be explained to the customer so the customer would have a understanding about the account

Furniture was delivered to non existent address in a different statePods unable to prove it was my errorI was triple charged for service

My family moved across country and thought that PODS would be a great company even after having success with a competitor before When I placed my order (6/12) (Costumer ID ***) I was under the impression (from the sales man) that once our unit was picked up from our house it would be immediately delivered to the next location He even said it would be about days before it would be delivered I waited days and didn't hear anything about our container so I called only to find out it was still at our first location The lady told me this has happened a lot lately! They have failed to deliver personal items we contracted them to move and yet they keep billing usThey have postponed delivery of Pod due to issues they are experiencing with a vendor they contracted four times They continue to Bill monthly storage fees even though the overages are due to their inability to delivery my personal property they were contracted to move Each time I call I get a different person who tells me a different rebursement policy with no resolutionMost recent conversation I was told I would continue to be billed until they resolved their carrier issues and then they would discuss any reimbursements and expenses incurred due to their carrier issuesRequesting refunds and delivery of my property

On November 24th around the time when the POD was scheduled to arrive, I called to set up the delivery address in San DiegoI was notified at this time that my order had been cancelled and my POD container was still in NY
PODS then scheduled my delivery for the 28th, and the POD arrived on December 6th
PODS has offered no refund or price discount for cancelling my order without authorization or notificationI paid $2,for a service that I did not receive as described by my contract

My account has been overcharged multiple timesI have contacted support numerous times with no permanent resolution

Management issues within the POD company caused a delay in delivery of my POD which caused me a great inconvenience in moving into my new homeI had already spent a great deal of time and energy working out previous issues with POD where they said they did not receive paperwork that I had emailed to them several timesThey finally found the paper work and we had everything corrected and date set and then they turned around and again said they could not find paperwork and I literally had to go through the process again
