On September 11, 2016, a PODS Sales Representative provided me with a quoted price of $USD (less tax), to relocate to the zip code (Allentown, PA), and was told the price quoted would be valid for 7-days from the initial offerI was surprised at this amount, as it differed from quotes of that distance I had previously received, but the representative assured me that the zip code was serviced by the same Storage Center as my current address, and that the price would applyAfter our conversation, the representative provided me with a quote via email

In Nov I engaged PODS for two moving-storage containers in Oxnard California The agreement as I understood it was one charge each month for each container, and a charge for moving the containers each time After the containers were moved across the border into Canada each month from March through August there were to six charges each month As well as exorbitant moving charges I phoned many many times and was rarely able to talk to anyone Finally I did begin speaking to a man named Yann *** He agreed that there was a problem for months with the account and even alluded to a refund I got statements from him showing charges, but never an explanation of the charges I still have heard nothing more I wonder if I need to contact a lawyer but I want to hear from Revdex.com first

I used PODS for a move in November and would NEVER use this company again and warning family and friends to use alternate means for storage and moving After the initial sales call, I had difficulty with the delivery of the POD, extremely long hold times to customer service (close to minutes before you reach an agent), and finally multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card totaling almost $2,000!
