I HAD A STORAGE POD SCHEDULED FOR PICK UP ON 6/22/THE DRIVER TOLD ME IT COULD NOT BE PICKED UP BECAUSE OF THE RAIN, THOU IT RAINED WHEN IT WAS DELIVEREDI WAS TOLD AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND BEING DISCONECTED THAT IT WOULD BE OPICKED UP ON 6/23/18, IT WASNTWHEN ICALLED ON 6/25/AT 9:00AM, I WAS TOLD THE STORAGE POD WAS ALREADY PICKED UP ON 6/22/I EXPLAINED TO THE CALL TAKER IT WAS ON MY LAWN STILLI WAS TOLD TO LOOK AGAIN TO MAKE SURE, NO PROBLEM, AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS STILL THERE, AFTER BEING PUT ONHOLD I WAS DISCONNECTED, AGAINTHIS COMPANY LIST NO PHONE NUMBER TO BE REACHED IN BENSWNVILLE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS PRIVATE AND COULD NOT BE GIVEN OUT TO CUSTOMERSOK FINE, BUT WHEN WILL THE POD BE PICKED UP, WELL NOW IM TOLD ON 6/26/MAYBE

PODS illegally deducted money from my account

PODS records all incoming and out going calls, this call should have been recorded as well

We hired PODs to move our things from Maryland to CAwe booked the PODS container to be dropped off and picked up the same daywe spoke to three different people who all gave us three different answers to our questionsfirst we were given a time window of hours, then given a window of minutesbooked our moving help according to their time estimate
Container did not get to our location until minutes after the hours window due to the fact that the POD to be delivered to us had a broken latch from previous pick up (this is what the driver told us)However, the person we spoke to the day before informed us that our POD was at the warehouse ready to be delivered to us
I called AGAIN and the customer service rep refused to take any responsibility and REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisorAgain, giving me different information
Customer service is horrible, inconsistent, and their reps are trained not to take any responsibility for information given
Our POD was loaded and finally picked uphowever, we were not instructed to sign anythingupon calling the company once again, they informed us that there is NO record of our POD container even being picked upno apology or responsibilityworse customer care
We have moved multiple times and used uPACK which is an excellent companyThis was the worst experience with subpar customer serviceWith no record of our POD being picked up, the warehouse apparently not answering, I have yet to know if our belongings are safe and I absolutely do not trust any information given to us

Integrity issues with the sales process
The salesman I spoke with regarding my move assured me the company guaranteed delivery date of my thingsI explained to the gentleman that my decision to use this company was solely based on that fact of guaranteed delivery dateThe gentleman told me exactly what I wanted to hear and stated that the delivery date was guaranteedWhich is quite different from the contract I was given to sign that clearly states there is no guarantee

Their ineptitude / lack of internal processes caused undue delays, stress and costs to my family
pods pick up and delivery teams were great - however - their customer service team and logistics teams need serious improvement the two teams couldn't work together to route a simple form (gypsy moth form) between each other after providing it times with a confirmation from them each time cost us hundreds in extra expenses with a delay in the delivery of days best of all - they totally ignore you when you ask for any type of consideration due to their internal errors I will never use them again and anyone going into *** should beware!!!!
