Worse customer service everCalled first to ask about details of rental and priceAfter comparing prices and size of container followed the recommendation to make reservation on lineMade reservation but no payment information was requiredSubsequently I called to inquire as to payment and was told to make payment at time of deliveryUpon receiving emails asking for confirmation of reservation I was told I had to make payment at time of reservation and they could not deliver the pod as originally requestedNext available date was a week laterI'm now in a terrible mess and the customer service rep did not care and did not have any suggestions; I definitely would not recommend the companyAll around very confusing and bad experience

My family and I had a very negative experience with PODS PODS lost our storage unit and did not inform us until hours before the delivery Our POD was then delivered three days later, causing me to miss my second day of work and incure various expenses, including lodging and food It took days for PODS to 'arbitrate' the matter, to then offer reimbursement of $per diemDealing with the customer service and arbitration departments was significantly more frustrating then even the initial lose of all my belongingsI would not recommend PODS to for moving services
