THEN after I EMAILED HER AGAIN TO MAKE PAYMENT FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT, SHE ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY FATHER'S ACCOUNT WITH NO AUTHORIZATION $900! RIGHT AFTER I HAD CONTACTED HER TO MAKE PAYMENTS!
THIS CAUSED STRESS AS WE THOUGHT MY FATHER'S CARD WAS STOLENHE HAD TO GO TO THE BANK FOR A DAY AND WE FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED
THEN, AFTER WE GOT A CHARGE BACK, I SPOKE TO PAIGE, WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT ANYTHINGSHE IS REALLY NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING EXCEPT KEEPING MY STUFF IN AUCTION STATUS

What's going on with this company???? Door jammed on POD (cheap doors and contents may have shifted in transit across country) Called PODS right away Was told someone from the storage facility would call back and get someone out to help Never received a call back I called again the next day - different customer service rep She said the facility was not picking up the phone She said she emailed them would keep calling hours later, no call to me and no update After I posted a poor review on Facebook, someone from FL office contacted me Since my POD was scheduled to be picked up empty the following day, she changed my pick up ticket to a service ticket and said someone would still call me with the service window after p.mWell it's yet another day, and no one has called me I'm on day without being able to unload I was told I was put at the TOP of the list for help and that regional managers have been notified Yet, no one has been here or called to set a time for service DO NOT USE PODS!!!

Following completion of the move, pods charged an additional $to my credit card without authorization (processed, November 2, 2016) The explanation for the additional amount was described on the invoice as "redelivery" and permit fees for the pod storage containerI subsequently discussed the matter with a pod representative who agreed
