Interest accruing from the date of the cash advance.According to the described policy, there is no way to take a cash advance on Monday and pay it back on Tuesday or Wednesday.I am sure that this fact goes against the intent of President Obama's credit card reforms.[redacted] and [redacted] have assured me that with their policies one can immediately pay back a cash advance without waiting for a billing cycle. I did not receive any correspondence from Chase in the mail.  I feel that I have allowed enough time for correspondence to reach me through US mail if such correspondence was indeed sent.  I did have a phone conversation with a representative prior to May 1, on a Tuesday, but I do not recall the exact date.  I only know it was a Tuesday because they called while I was at my son's school and that is the day that I volunteer there.  I informed their representative of this, several times, during the phone call and stated that I did not have my statements in front of me to directly quote from, but that I felt that their response to this issues was not backed up with the wording on their statements.  Their representative informed me that my suggestions of changing the wording on their statement had been forwarded to supervisors and that the company would look into it.  He also informed me that Chase feels that the interest charged on the balance transfer is valid, and that it would stand.  The company has no intent on returning the funds to me.  He said that Chase feels this matter is closed.  I stated, several times, that I did not feel this matter was closed and that 03/15, as the date was stated on my statements, should at the very least include the promotional interest rate was good until the end of March 2015, but that the sentence on all of my statements read to mean that I had until the end of the statement that included the end of March.  As my due date is 4 days after the end of March, I paid the balance on that date.I still feel that I should be returned the interest charged and that Chase should place the month, day, and year promotional interest rates expire if there is a specific date that rate will expire and not just put the month and year leaving the customer to infer what day of that month and year the rate will expire.  They should also not include statements such as "These APRs will continue through your billing cycle ending with the expiration month and year shown in the Interest Charge section" as this leads to confusion on when interest rates will expire.  Again, they should simply state the month/day/year it will expire.

[redacted] from CHASE,  J.P. MORGAN, refused to return my line of credit.  I have been informed that they lowered my credit line because I had a low 10% interest rate, not because of their bogus claims. 
I have always had revolving credit and have never filed bankruptcy, never been late on ANY of my bills.  I have been employed with the same Fortune 500 company for over 26 years now and have lived in my home since 1999. I own, not rent. 
The only logical reason they lowered my balance was so I would get angry and close my card, because they'd rather do business with people they can charge 29.99% interest rates.  And that is their style of business.

Further correspondence with JP Morgan Chase will not resolve my complaint. I have already, through my attorneys, attempted to deal with JP Morgan Chase for months. Their refusal to respond to my queries is the cause of my complaint. This complaint will be resolved when JP Morgan Chase contacts the three major credit bureaus and has my former debts removed from credit reports.
