They did nothing to resolve the issue.  My issue was that they failed to fulfill their end of the deal.  They quoted an obscure line that they "may not honor if..."  from the middle of a lengthy user agreement which I'm sure has the language that prevents legal action on my part, but does not resolve the issue of deceiving advertising.  The bottom line is that they advertised to give 50000 frequent flyer bonus miles for signing u p for their card and they failed to keep up their end of the deal.   Secondly, they didn't even inform me that they had no intention of honoring the agreement until over one month after I received the card and had put $2000 onto the card.  They made money on my money.  I would not have signed up for the card had I known they would not honor it, nor put $2000 on their card.   They were not forth right at all.  Secondly, they did not even appologize for this deceipt just sited that I should have read their agreement better. 
In the end, they indicated they have no intention of honoring the agreement and have no intention of making their advertisements more transparent, so I wish to leave the complaint open to warn other customers of their questionable advertising and business practices.

After an email was sent to my partner instead of contacting me I called [redacted], I left a voicemail and she has not called me back. I was informed she sent a letter to my partner stating she needed permission to speak to me. However it should be notated on his account that it is ok to speak with me. We are working to pay Chase back and they are not assisting us in this matter. I would like [redacted]' manager to reach out to us and get this resolved if she is unable to.

I checked my po box and have not heard from Chase.... I prefer everything in writing so I can have additional proof that that are not in compliance with the FCRA and many other laws. Please just validate and confirm that I owe them money and when it cannot be done delete from my credit report or further action will be taken.

They continue to send me the same letter every week I try getting them to re-review my case with actual evidence and not assumptions anyone can assume no information they provided is a clear determination for why my claim was denied they basically are saying we took a few minutes saw you bought stuff from major stores and denying your claim because of it
