[redacted] [redacted]The details of this matter are as follows:Complaint Involves:Delivery Issues Customer’s Statement of the Problem:I ordered two boxes of Paleo Coconut Flakes on August 25, 2014. I received a confirmation email the same day stating they would be shipped on August 27, 2014 and that I should receive them on the 28th or no later than the 29th. They also included a tracking number of [redacted] via On Trac. I clicked on the tracking number on August 28, 2014 to see when I could expect my product the site posted that nothing had been tendered to them. I called the company on August 29, 2014 and spoke to [redacted] and she told me they had been shipped and if I did not receive them that day, Friday or the next Saturday to call her on Monday. I did not receive them so I called on Monday and asked to speak to [redacted], the woman who answered said the [redacted] was not there but she could assist me. I explained my conversation with [redacted] on Friday and Amy told me that they had run out of Coconut Flakes and had just received a shipment that morning and the shipping department had come in very early to get caught up on all of the orders that were from August 27th. I asked her to please confirm this with the shipping manager. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes and got back on the phone to guarantee me that they would ship that day. I tried calling again on September 2, 2014 and was connected to a message machine. I did not leave a message because I was so upset and felt I had been conned. It is September 22, 2014 and I still have not heard from or seen my product. I do not approve the business response because it does not address the issue of false advertisement nor do they plan to put me in a position where I am not at a loss. The company repeatedly, on many forums, makes a boiler plate "apology" resulting in a refund. The purchasers, including myself, are reimbursed but the company has no consequence. This is unacceptable. A company cannot offer any sort of guarantee, repeatedly break that guarantee, and still get an A+ rating by Revdex.com. In a very short amount of time there have been 54 complaints regarding this company (that I am aware of to date). Knowing that most people don't take the time to complain - I can only image how many people are being lied to just like I was. Had the company provided superb customer service and offered some sort of compensation in a form that would actually hurt their bottom dollar (be it free samples, store credit, including delivery of original order - anything)  that would evidence a true apology. That would show that the company understands its wrong doing, cares about its customers, and would work to fix the issue because repeated "bottom dollar hits" cannot continue. But no - this company wants continue to violate its advertisement claims, NEVER send products out, literally months after the order was placed contact their customers, and then make a simply stock apology, refund the money, and move on. Unacceptable. As it is clear that my order still has not shipped even though it has been 27 days since I placed my order, I would like a complete refund of my money and the company to stop their false advertisement tactics.

If you would we can send you at no cost a proper pack of the certified organic line.
Please note that both lines are made with certified organic coconut as is stated 
on the back of the packaging...
