I placed an order on March 1st 2017- an order which totaled over 140.00$. I received an email on March 6th which stated my order had been "completed"- not having a tracking number I emailed the company (after trying the listed number and getting a voicemail that propmted all customer services be handled by email and email only) I received a tracking number through USPS. After checking with USPS turns out the tracking number was created on March 2nd however no products had ever reached USPS to be shipped. I reached out to the company via Facebook and was told that my order was being shipped and would be received by the latest the Friday the 10th. I reached out to the customer service by email as prompted again (this time by Facebook) and was told the because my order contained bread it wouldn't be shipped out until Monday- even though they claimed in numerous emails prior that my order was all ready to go, and had been compleated and packed by the 6th. Well today is Monday- last pick up for USPS is 5- and there is still no package shipped. I have requested a refund- which has been ignored. I paid through Amazon Pay which luckily they have claims process- but I find it to be ridiculous that it has to come to such a thing.
Resolution- I would like a refund of my purchase- in full since I did not receive my products and have since had to shop else where for similar products.

Review: I ordered a low carb bread for my husband who has a severe liver condition and has to tightly control carbohydrate intake. They promptly responded to my order request and the product was delivered on the Sept 27th, by Sept 29th it was molded. I e-mailed them that Monday or Tues and got no response, I attempted to email them again this past Friday 10/4 and my email was sent back as undeliverable mail.Desired Settlement: I asked that they either replaced the moldy loaf or refund the money (with S&H one loaf of bread was $19 and some change). Neither have been done:(

Review: I purchased a product from Julian Bakery called AminoSculpt. With shipping my total was over

$70. It is a liquid and I am not able to drink it. I literally had it come back up in my mouth but

continued to try to take it because I wanted it to work.

There was nothing about no refunds regarding their products on their website. I have contacted them

twice and have received 2 different answers about why I can't have a refund on this product. The emails

Review: Order 2 loaves of bread for 8.99 each for a total of $17.98. This product was ordered on [redacted]. The photo of the product shows a loaf of bread that is twice the size of the label in height. What I received was two loaves barely higher than the label on the bread. For $9/loaf I expected what was shown in the photos. I had requested to return the product and get a refund through [redacted]. My first request was ignored. After weeks had passed I sent a second request and was finally sent a response that they do not offer any partial refund. bread has been in the freezer since received as instructed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I called [redacted], and they informed me that a shipping date was initiated, but that a package was never picked up, therefore never shipped. [redacted] suggested I file a police report, however I would like to give Julian's a chance to explain. I've called Julian Bakery and just like some other complaints, I get a recording and no one is returning my call. I will never order from this business again. I do wish for a resolution. Review: I ordered their product on November 14, 2012. I never received the product and never realized it, thinking the order never went through. When I was reviewing my paypal purchases I noticed the money was deducted, total of $26.95 but no product ever shipped. I spoke with [redacted] on 4/15/13 and he assured me that this will be taken of promptly and I would be issued a refund. I faxed the appropriate documentation and still have not received a refund and it is 5/28/13. This order never came through and no order # was generated. We had e­mailed her on 12/18/12 asking

her for proof of her being charged or an order number with no response. Additionally I went through

Review: I placed an order from this company on 11/11/2014 for $24.46. I received this order on 12/3/14...(22 days/15 business days) In the meantime I had tried calling the company 3 times with only getting a voicemail. I left a message on 11/25/14 for someone to call me back and no one returned my call. Review: I placed an online order with Julian Bakery (www.julianbakery.com) on February 4, 2014 in the amount of $71.87 (Order No. [redacted]). As part of the order I paid $18.93 for two-day UPS shipping. I received an e-mail saying my order was shipped on February 5, 2014 with a USPS tracking number and I would receive it on February 7, 2014, yet the order has not arrived as of the evening of February 11. The tracking number provided was for the United States Postal Service and not UPS, and the tracking number indicates the ordered products were never received or subsequently shipped by the USPS even though it was supposed to be shipped by UPS as ordered (two-day shipping). I have attempted to contact the company several times over the phone, including leaving a voice mail message, as well as via e-mail and their websiteContact Us page, but they have not responded to any forms of my communciation in over three days about non-receipt of the order.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund my purchase of $71.87 immediately and provide an explanation as to why this happened.

Review: I ordered their Paleo Protein bars over 6 months ago. They had an oil crisco like texture that made me sick as soon as I ate. They told me it was cooking oil and must be the way it was shipped. I ordered 13 bars. These bars are about $3 a piece and they would not credit it despite me taking photos of the bars of the ones I opened hoping that some were ok. They told me to return the opened ones (not any of the ones I took photos of) and they would credit me for the unopened ones only. I shipped them up 3 times now, paid for shipping and they get returned to me and rejected. I have emailed the company and they don't respond. I have posted on facebook and they deleted and blocked me. I just want my money back.

Review: A month ago I purchased a variety pack of their paleo bars online which I had to direct pay for. I have yet to receive the product and I was promised by the company to receive it two weeks ago. It is currently going on over 2 weeks late for said product. I have emailed Shane at the Bakery and asked for a refund and advised to not even ship the product since they advertised it in stock and then told me they had production problems and were running behind. No refund has been given. I have tried to contact the company several times in written private messages on Facebook and email. Review: I was sent an awful tasting product (protein bars) which were described to be healthy and flavorful. They have barely any flavor and are fattening. Therefore the product advert is misleading. I returned the products that I simply tasted via the mail (they were ordered online) and the company refuses to refund me after I mailed the product back. The point is not if the company can resell the product I returned or not, the point is that I was unhappy with it and it was misleading and therefore I should be refunded since I returned the item.Desired Settlement: They should refund the purchase.

Review: I ordered three food products from Julian Bakery for a total of $50. When I received the products all three items had no instructions on how to keep or prepare the items. When I contacted the company they said "the shipping box is labeled and go to the website". I think food should be labeled on the actual item?? The food was also inedible. Each product was worse then the next. When I contacted the company directly they said "We can't do any kind of refund or return on those products. Nor do we do returns based on taste for the bread or waffles because they are specialty items created for people with special dietary needs". These were not special order items I selected them from the website that only gave you one options per item. Nothing was special order. I requested a refund for a product that was terrible and we are not sure how it's even considered food. The company said nope and is capitalizing over ripping people off. That is my theory but not factual. I feel like I was scammed and should have googled this company prior so I would have seen all the complaints and FDA fines.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund so I do not feel like I am supporting this horrible company and Paleo scam of a diet. Review: I placed an order With this Co. I received a confirmation email. Then I received a second email stating the order has shipped with a tracking number. I tracked it up till Monday with the tracking only saying the label was printed never shipped. I called on Monday and they assured me there was a glitch in the system and that the email should not have said the order shipped till Monday and that they were doing my order right then and I'm to use the same tracking number. I continued to track it Monday till Thursday and The tracking still said label printed never shipped. I called again Thursday to find my order. Review: I ordered two boxes of Paleo Coconut Flakes on August 25, 2014. I received a confirmation email the same day stating they would be shipped on August 27, 2014 and that I should receive them on the 28th or no later than the 29th. They also included a tracking number of [redacted] via On Trac. I clicked on the tracking number on August 28, 2014 to see when I could expect my product the site posted that nothing had been tendered to them. I called the company on August 29, 2014 and spoke to [redacted] and she told me they had been shipped and if I did not receive them that day, Friday or the next Saturday to call her on Monday. I did not receive them so I called on Monday and asked to speak to [redacted], the woman who answered said the [redacted] was not there but she could assist me. I explained my conversation with [redacted] on Friday and [redacted] told me that they had run out of Coconut Flakes and had just received a shipment that morning and the shipping department had come in very early to get caught up on all of the orders that were from August 27th. I asked her to please confirm this with the shipping manager. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes and got back on the phone to guarantee me that they would ship that day. I tried calling again on September 2, 2014 and was connected to a message machine. I did not leave a message because I was so upset and felt I had been conned. It is September 22, 2014 and I still have not heard from or seen my product. I did send a message via email requesting a refund and have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund me with a check or cash.
