Per your previous request via e-mail you had been already refunded on 06/30

A replacement shipment of bread is fine. It was four loaves that wear moldy. [redacted] had offered a replacement loaf to me if I would pay the $8 shipping. This was unacceptable since I already had paid shipping twice for defective bread. The email stated:
Hi [redacted],
The owner got back to me this morning, he has been out of the country on vacation so he was finally able to send me an email. He said we can give you a replacement, but you will have to pay the shipping cost which is $8.00. Please let me know if you would like that.

That was offered to me Monday February 3, 2014. I had not been offered a replacement or a refund or anything before that. My first email had been on January 15, 2014 and [redacted] had been going back and forth with me. I supplied her with photos and such. Then, when I did not hear back, I contacted the Revdex.com. Then, [redacted] informed me that the owner was on vacation. If she had said that early on, I might have been more patient. [redacted] was not very professional and questioned if my bread was actually moldy or not. The customer service was lacking and I will not recommend this place to any friends and will not be ordering loaves for my employees to enjoy during breaks. I was pretty stunned by [redacted]'s response to the Revdex.com stating that she was simply waiting on a confirmation of my shipping address, was untrue. She had offered a replacement loaf for $8 shipping. There was no question of address or anything in the email. I have kept a record of all of my emails as well as [redacted]'s replies.

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would only be satisfactory to me if they send the other flavor sunflower butter instead or the coconut which I already emailed to them last week which they told me I would have received last monday which I NEVER got.  Now they sent the same response.  If they can send me the bars by the latest Monday next week I will be ok with it including the free box that can also be one of the flavors I already chose that is in stock.  If not refund my money please.  This is crazy that they sent me this same message weeks ago.
Why does this company charge people the day after they take the order and send a shipping note every time and then not ship the item for months which their guarantee is 5-7 business days.  Unacceptable also no phone number to call and unresponsive or the same emails over and over again with no resolution.
I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

be satisfactory to me.  I do not believe the company is being truthful about the delay. This is a recycled response (used previously in response to complaints here as well) and if the equipment was broken, how are other products produced in the same machines still being produced for sale in other venues?  I have received my refund and will consider this matter closed, though I still find Julian Bakery to be operating under deceitful and immoral processes.
