We recently upgraded our site and for some reason your order didn't get moved over and processed. We did generate a tracking # but it didn'tget imported into our shipping software. Usually this is an automated process please let me know if you would like us to ship and we will adda free protein...

We responded to your email yesterday and have sent a replacement as you neverMentioned anything about getting sick. I submitted through [redacted] to Julian Bakery an order cancellation and refund request on 2/25.  This communication was ignored like all previous attempts at communications.  The order did finally arrive on 3/3 in an unacceptable condition.  The external package was split open with the products hanging out.  The packing of the individual bars are all puffed and swollen.  I have attached two photos.  I believe I gave ample time to cancel the order but was ignored.  I simply request a refund again.

We are terribly sorry for the delay on shipping your order. We had a major piece of production equipment go out which caused the delay.Your ordr order had been shipped on 02/16 and will deliver tomorrow on 02/19 Please use this tracking...

To ensure this type of delaydoesn't happen again we have setup a secondary large facility to handle the large increase in orders we are getting.This facility will be up and operational in the first week of March. As we have been in business since 1990 there has been very few times we have had a major pieceof production equipment go out. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
