So far this has been a great way to get my antiques/collectibles appraised. Took a little time to figure out the process but once I did that it was easy. The professional who is helping me has been very helpful. I am on my trial period now but If this continues I will sign up.
I am being selfish, this review is all about me. I need this product. I have used it several times from heart arrhythmia to use of capacitor in a circuit.
For $40.00 a month I get peace of mind and professionals helping me find answers.
So fast and simple. I needed an idea of what value on an item and it was just what I thought.
It took a couple of days & 2 appraisers to get the information I needed, but it was well worth the wait! I am very pleased with the well researched, detailed answer & honest appraisal. I will use this service again!
Good quick advice. Very convenient as many times one has a particular question that needs answered. I bought a lake cabin with a boat and the marine mechanics have been very helpful to me regarding boat questions that have popped up.
Great service. The have amazing vets who help me with issues I have with my cats even in the middle of the night!
Did not think I would get a response back so quickly. I was connected with an attorney within a few minutes of singing up. The attorney gave me excellent feed-back with an opportunity to do further legal analysis into my matter a t another time. I highly recommend this service.
Wonderful help! My 15 year old Yorkie was in pain and I needed to know if I could give him pain meds in addition to his arthritis meds because he takes heart meds as well. Of course, it was after normal business hours. I got a quick answer that alleviated my worry and his pain. Thank you!!!
The Expert was very helpful and the website provide more
Due to the pandemic and the fact that some of the vets at my dog’s office were on vacation, I was having an issue with getting a timely appointment for my dog. I didn’t feel that his ear issue should wait that long for treatment. So, I went online to Just Answer, and a wonderful, caring vet, ***, helped me with my dog’s problem. He got immediate relief and his ear appears to be getting better though she told me to keep my vet’s appointment just incase. This morning he has way less symptoms of his ear problem. Thank you
I signed up for the 5 dollar trial and I was really pleased. I read the fine print and understood I will be charged 36 monthly. So fat so good. I was able to tip the mechanic I am currently working with. I believe it is valuable. I like working on my cars but I am no expert.
Without the right advice I would end up spending way more for parts that I did not need. I have not used the legal service yet but I have an attorney who also charges me for phone time a about $150 an hour. The other thing is I can opt out by just texting the word NO.
Liking the service so far!
Gave me a value on both items that I sent. I was very satisfied and will definitely pass on just answer To anybody I know who needs an appraisal. Thank you again.
I paid a monthly fee to ask an expert about a piece of porcelain. They claim to have sent me the answer via email but I never received the email and when I called they could not resent the email

The technician did a great job helping me. He was absolutely correct in his diagnosis.
JustAnswer is amazing. I got answer and have my HOA compliance error fixed using their advice. Thx very much
I was researching a problem with an appliance (a clothes washer). Just Answer came up in the Google search so I proceeded with that route. I entered my credit card information thinking that I was simply enrolling in a $5 trial period. I was then entered into a chat with an appliance technician. I never got a complete answer and therefore did not solve the issue with my washer. I didn't receive any emails from Just Answer about being enrolled into a monthly membership service. I only received an email with a temporary login I.D. Two days after my initial contact with Just Answer, I was charged $28. I was then charged $28 a month over the next seven months. The total amount charged to my card was $229. It's my fault that I did not review my monthly statement to see that I was being billed. But, I was never sent any correspondence from Just Answer stating that I was being enrolled into a service. When I did contact them through an online chat on their site, I was told that i'd be credits for three of the eight $28 charges. I will follow up with them again to get the rest of what they stole from me.

I never authorized this transaction, when I tried to contact the company I received not reply
Hello ***,
Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for any frustration.
As with many other web service providers there is no paper contract that you sign to use the service, similar to Netflix, or Hulu or any other subscription service. We are very upfront to new visitors when they visit our site regarding the $5 charge, and the trial enrollment that is associated with that charge, as well as what the subsequent membership charges will be if you choose not to cancel your Trial Membership within the 7-day trial period. The link below will illustrate this for you: https://*** I can reassure you that we’ve taken action to cancel your membership preventing any charges from occurring in the future. I hope this clarifies our service for you. However, should you have any other questions for us regarding JustAnswer and how our service works, you are welcome to reach out to our Customer Support Team anytime, and we’ll be glad to help.
Contacted them for help with my guinea pig who was dying. Wanted to know what to do, or how to make her as comfortable as possible. They never answered. It was about an hour or so start to finish. Garbage and lost $5.
I see dozens of complaints just like mine ... I was duped into thinking I would get help for $1 but apparently I had signed up for a membership. I used their service one time, then I receive a charge for $46!! Apparently that’s their monthly membership fee! This wasn’t clear to me when I signed up.
When you call to get a refund you can’t get it... because they claim it’s easy to see that you are signing up for a membership. If it was that easy then why are there so many complaints? And since I didn’t use the service again why wouldn’t they give me a refund?? It can only be because that is part of their business model. Apparently it’s legal for them to continue this scam so that’s their justification for doing it. It would be interesting to know what percent of their business comes from these charges.
My issue is only going to cost me $46, but there’s lots of folks with multiple months being charged for no service rendered. At best, this is dishonorable... I’m so grateful I never had to work for a company that does business this way.
Hello ***,
Thanks for letting us know about this. We're sorry for any confusion about the payment for the site.
The membership charge amount and information is presented to all customers on the payment page prior to entering any billing information. After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail, as well as a payment reminder E-mail, 3-days prior to the recurring billing. The membership bills at the end of the 7-day trial in order to avoid an interruption in service.
We are happy to take another look at your account to make sure that it was handled in accordance with the cancellation policy. At this time we can confirm that your membership was turned off and that you will see no further recurring billing. You can come back at any time to post additional questions but you will be asked to post a deposit on a question by question basis moving forward. We will reach out to you privately regarding any billing concerns.
Please reach out to us if you need any further assistance and we're happy to help in any way we can.

Their very deceptive took $138 unauthorized from my acct. I was totally unaware of this deception. I'm disabled and live on a limited amount of monies. I had noticed that I had monies missing from my acct. I notified my bank and requested the last 3 months of transactions. Upon receiving this information I noticed a fee of $36.00 being taken from my acct on the 6th of each month. This was an "UNAUTHORIZED AMT!!" Honestly idk what or who "Just Answer " was so I Googled it judt to see what it was. I'm sure I asked a question but I'm 100% POSITIVE that I NEVER agreed to such an amt. I wouldn't do that regardless of what question I may of had. Its ridiculous. Stay away from JUST ANSWER
