Well I thought it was just some kind of automated search , but it was not. I did not wait long and I received good advice that was backed up by diagrams that I was able to get emailed.

I was unsure of exactly how to hook up light fixture and while I have done several in my life time of 72 years this particular situation contained more wiring than I felt comfortable with. I searched the web for an hour but couldn't' t find an explanation that fitted my situation exactly and when it comes to dealing with electricity you want EXACTLY. Long story short I had contacted some electricians but since it was the weekend no one was available without having to pay weekend prices and being retired am on a budget so decided I'd have to wait for Monday. I had however been able to get some ball park figures on the job but felt that $200.00 was way too expensive and like I said I know how to wire fixtures and am comfortable with circuitry and knew if I could just ask the and get an answer I'd be able to do the task. That's when I decided to call Just Answer and so glad I did. Took my Just Answer master electrician a little time of me explaining and showing him the photo's of my project and he descripted in detail what and how to do it. After that a simple matter of me following his instructions and got her to work. Saved $200.00 and feel kinda good that I did it by myself. I truly feel this is a very valuable service and hope it is always available. Once you use it I feel sure you will again and save money and time and perhaps like others even lives.

My experience with JustAnswer has empowered me with the confidence to take on different types of repairs that I would normally pass. Their availability so far has been convenient. The experts have been professional and patient. I would recommend JustAnswer to anyone who may be looking for reliable expert advice on their next project.

I had a tax question about selling a house. I got someone who really knows and got more guidance that I could have hoped for. This isn't the only one. Car repairs, setting bricks, dealing with trees. I have gotten very aggressive about what I'll do myself having an expert in my pocket. I love it.

was able to view my X Rays, cheeks, and jaw (where the issues are), and give me insight on what my problem is. He was able to guide me in the right direction on how to care for myself, and reassured me that my worst fears were not concerns, and he provided me with peace of mind. I have already recommended to a friend. *** listened to everything I had to say, explained his thought process, and acknowledged mine as well. I am very thankful for this find.

I no longer needed the service so called to cancel. I was specifically told that I would no longer be receiving any more billings after the first which had been billed several days ago. I asked that very specifically if the one month and trial fee was the only billing I would receive now that I am canceling and the representative told me yes you are finished you will no longer receive any billing. then yesterday I received another billing from just answer. When I called to complain I was told that I had canceled too late and they were unwilling to refund the fee. Even though I was specifically told that no more monthly fees would be charged I was still charged the monthly fee. This is untruthful and not correct and I respectfully demand a refund.

I went online looking for an answer for deck improvement and I came up with justanswer.com. I ask a question and never got an answer. On my next credit card account they charged me $46 and I had paid one dollar for the one free week. I called and ask for a rebate on the $46 which was a monthly charge for continued service. I never got any service in the first place and I didn't want continued service – I never used the service at all and still they refuse to rebate the $46. Not only that, they discontinued my account so I couldn't use the time for which they took $46. I tried to sign into my account. They shut down my account immediately after my request for refund. As far as I'm concerned this is theft and false advertising - I gave something and got nothing!

I gave them $5 for a 7 day trial membership. Upon receiving notification in an email the day before the trial was to end, I cancelled the membership, as I only had 1 question and did not need their services any further. I cancelled through the app before the billing date.

Apparently, the cancellation did not go through on their end and was charged $28 on 7/18 when the membership ended. I called today, 3 days after that billing, because I saw it on my bank account statement. I asked to be refunded, as I had cancelled the membership, though they say they have no record of me cancelling. Obviously, I don't want the membership, as it's only been 3 days and I'm requesting a cancellation without using any further services since the initial question back on 7/11.

I offered to take a pro-rated refund, to allow them to keep the 3 days worth of membership that had passed thus far, but no dice.

This is a total scam. Their app not working correctly is their problem, not mine. I'm dealing with being in quarantine due to COVID and do not need this kind of problem. I would simply like my money back.

Was advertised to $1 a minute. I waited for 10 minutes and was charged 1
$1 a minute for the first 5 minutes and then $5 for the last 5 minutes. You are supposed to be able to opt out, which I did, and to day I see a bill on my back statement for $46. I did not receive any help, got an email the next day by two people that I told them the same. Now I can not find an email or phone to talk to them about my concern.

I'm not sure where you're seeing the $5 charge unless you opened up a 2nd account? There was a $1 charge to try JustAnswer for a week and this was broken down into $.50 to JustAnswer and then 5 $.10 charges to charities of your choosing. Like other membership companies such as Hulu and Netflix, we roll over from the trial membership to a monthly membership. This works. Ask a question - get an answer. They respond quickly and make sure that what they sent is what you needed.

We are in the process of moving, home sold and the dishwasher starts freaking out. It starts constantly running the drain cycle with the light on Cancel/Drain. Reprogrammed the washer as directed by one of those fix it sites. Seam to work for a couple hours then it all started again.
Then I contacted JustAnswer and talked to a tech. Quickly explained what was going on and he knew exactly what needed to be done before replacing the control board. Highly recommended this service. It worked fine. If something happened after we’re gone then that’s ok with me. Thank you Kelly. (Tech).
